This video shows how to install a Uflex Hydraulic Steering System. This specific application is for a Tilt Helm on a center console with dual outboards.
For additional information, please reference the Uflex Installation manual. The difficulty level for this installation is moderate and it will take 1-2 hours on average.

- 6 Nm [52 in lbs]
- 6 mm Allen wrench
- 12.7 Nm [112 in lbs]
- 5 mm Allen wrench
- 3 mm Allen wrench
- Phillips screwdriver
- General purpose grease
- 5 Nm [ 43 in lbs] (5 mm Allen bolts
- 7 Nm [61 in lbs] (U-joint 5 mm Allen bolt)
- 2.5 Nm [22 in lbs] (U-joint 3 mm Allen bolt)
- 19 mm [3/4 in] open end wrench
- 11/16 in open end wrench
- 20Nm [15 lb ft] (fittings and locknut)
- 19mm [3/4 in] socket
- 33 Nm [25 ft lbs]

I have an Ultraflex UP28T-N that is leaking in 2 places in back. Can this be rebuilt? What model(s) of helm can replace it? Is there a non-tilt model that can replace it?
