I’m betting you worked on the extraction. 🤔 Awesome to see that bad boy running. I’m torn I want a 5.56 AK WBP, FB Radom or a ZPAP the task to choose wisely…..
If your going to a class I would invest in a Kvar Polymer 74 set so that one you don't damage the wood set especially the handguards and two the kvar polymer ones do have the stainless steel heat guards that take the heat better that's what I did for hard shooting.
I got that same muzzle device on 7.6 x39..it a keeper...hardly any flash and decient recoil...You polish rails didnt you?? Its way smoother...i put a ALG spring in mine. Polished hammer bolt and rails with dremal and mothers paste...❤🎉🇺🇸

Back in the early 90’s the Chinese.223 AK’s where offered and if I remember the reliably wasn’t so great compared to the standard AK mainly because of the magazines…

I absolutely adore my WBP 5.56, I've come to increasingly fall in love with it, and it has become my go-to rifle, kitted the way I prefer, it's on me after my son goes to bed (because I'm a night owl), absolutely adore it. My only complaint isn't actually about the rifle itself but about AC Unity mag followers. The "bolt hold open".... *feature*, I'd rather just not have it. But I run them because the WBP mags aren't steel-reinforced... and my wife, bless her heart, actually broke one trying to incorrectly force it into the mag well (she runs ARs, is not an AK person like me).
@Freedoms Seed its pretty nice...The adjustable gas had me sold and then shooting it...it's didn't feel bad right from the get...Nice balance and feel when shooting.
@@Midwest__Savage what really made me giggle was that saftey selector 🤌 so easy to play with on the off hand. Really curious to see what happens running that saftey with a plate carrier. I feel like it's gonna flip to fire and off on its own

Are you talking about the AC Unity that comes with them?? The window cuts...The other mags just look to be rebranded bulgarian mags...If that's case I have used those.
Is common! Too much bolt speed . Grind a slot in the piston till your speed is right and sharpen your extractor. Before I finished watching the video I commented
@@Midwest__Savage that’s fine just don’t work it out to big. U probably shoot mostly steel case but if u reload you’ll see u may be stretching your brass to much. Those specific rifles are way over gassed even more so than x39 regular akm. Theirs more than one way to skim a cat. I’d say u increased your chamber size so the walls are releasing easier. I think you’d been better off slowing down your bolt. Wolf etc steel case is also known to be a bit under pressure. Again your bolt speed is to high. You’d have been better off using your angle grinder than buying a little flex hone. I’m glad your happy with it.

@@Midwest__Savage I bought a new dust cover and the Jack runs good now. I have used all 74 mags with conversions follower Pod Arms and 3D printed follower.
Oh...wait I get it...lol...A FLEXHONE..I say it in next video n talk about it....I didn't want to jynx myself but I'm 100% it work now so I'll say it all day. lol

@EddieBlueHalen you are watching PART 4 THE FINAL CHAPTER...there was 3 videos before this explaining the issues I've had since the gun was bought and what has been done in every video to see if it fixed a problem.I did actually have some ppl like this because they had same issues with a WBP or other manufacturer. Although I'm sorry you feel this was a waste of time I do appreciate the feedback and maybe one day I'll make a video you can enjoy 5 minutes of. 😁

Muzzle brake : LBE UNLIMITED 14X1 LH AK-47 MODERN MUZZLE BRAKE . I have a couple on my 5.56 guns and I really like them.
Now it's functioning like an AK!!!
That's the goal...Had it out to sight in few days ago...still no issues...Going to run some drills Monday so hope nothing happens then as well
Those 223/556 AKZ really seem to like that tapco style muzzle brake! I've yet to see one that didn't run well with one...great video 👍!

I didn't polish rails....I had a rough chamber giving me issues in first few videos...But all it tip top now 👍

in part 3 jack is back in the comments someone mentioned polishing the chamber and he responded, so i believe thats how he remedied his problem
Yes that was it…Sorry I didn’t see this comment sooner. But I Ran FLEX HONE in chamber and have had 0 issues since.
I put the WBP tactical rail and vertical grip...no more heat😅

I used a Flex-Hone,the rifle had a VERY rough chamber and was holding alot of casings...Have had 0 issues thus far!! Thanks for watching 👍

My Jack had a problem with the dust cover, the rifle ran fine without the dust cover.
Odd.....hope you got a new cover it works....or just out there running without one???

At the beginning I had 0 idea.. Did a lot of “try this,try that”. In end it was just a very rough chamber.
