I have the grey Uniqlo dry ex one for multiple months now and really like it.
Light, breathable, you won't sweat and the grey color helps hiding those "sporty" mesh thingys.
    BUT!
As a person that is a little bigger than your average dude, I don't like the fit as much as I do with other shirts.
The smell thing is also a point that I can totally agree with.
I would love to try Arc'Teryx shirts but there's no need for it atm for me.

I know your channel is about techwear and really technical clothing. But for real will be a really good topic making videos comparing hoodies and different pieces making a detailed review bcs tbh most of the reviews we have on UA-cam are poor and ignorant . And taking a look to the different sides of fashion. Like a high fashion hoodie from Balenciaga where mostly people think ur just paying the name and the hype and then a techwear hoodie from Acronym or Cp company or any brand u think fits the price and the rank and then just a really cheap brand hoodie. Idk I think could be a really cool series from the channel making a really intense and strict comparison about what do you get with a 500£ stone island hoodie vs a 500£ balenciaga hoodie or a 500£ undercover/rick Owen's one. And after that just take a 45£ champion hoodie so we can know what we are really paying for. And If its definitely worth this brand or it's a complete scam.
Thanks for your time and videos, much love from Spain.

I've found quite a few Uniqlo Dry Ex t shirts run $5. If I want a techier shirt I'd spend more for Airism. It smells less too.
Arcteryx standard shirts are what I'd go for unless you need merino. Icebreaker is relatively affordable for merino Basel ayers that look good.

    • @ThisIsAntwon

I've never fully understood Uniqlo as techwear stable. Whenever I decide to wear one of my non-merino shirts, I always end up pledging to replace all my tees with merino. Sure hunned plus for a tee is not exactly cheap, but you could argue, anything that smells like a wet dog at the end of the day, is not a great bargain either.

Merino is waaay better than cotton, especially if you get a little sweaty, I don't think I'll buy more than a handful of cotton T-shirts for the rest of my life.
However, that Arc'teryx shirt is triple what you pay for a decent merino shirt so I don't think it justifies it's price at all!
