Thank you for this video! I am definitely thinking about it for next year (second grade for us but we did our own stuff last year). My question is how long does a lesson take if I divided in 2? Thinking of doing the wonder part one day and the demo and writing part the second day. TIA!

That's very easy to do. It's very flexible and totally up to you how much time you spend on each lesson. Some weeks, we would only have time for 15 minutes, other weeks we would spend an hour or two stretched out over a couple of days.

As Long as the Focus isn’t on Evolution I will use secular curriculums wen needed!!! We do science More often as I have 2 going into the medical field. I love that it’s able to be customised, we use books wen needed not just to add to a topic wen we are learning it well!!! My kids prefer that. It don’t look like it’s very in depth.

It's not super deep science, because it's for 1st grade. It does talk about evolution a teeny bit but you can definitely add in your own faith discussion during that part
