Some really lovely moments highlighted, here. I understand why people get frustrated with Ben, because change, for Ben Mitchell, is slow and incremental ... but it is there. That scene after the boxing match where he finally just admits, in a choked-up voice, that he's not coping with the things happening around him? A really powerful step, because even Ben from last year could never have said that, not even to Callum. And ... although the problems continue, and won't be resolved until that amazing episode (which I assume will pop up in "The Cutest Moments Part 22"), like I said, it's a really positive step, because Ben is testing the waters, he's allowing himself to be vulnerable (something he's always struggled to do), and around the person he trusts beyond almost anyone else, the person who he feels safest around. And Callum is nothing but kind and supportive, which is exactly what someone like Ben needs. I also understand some people's frustration with Callum acting as a therapist. The thing is, though, that both Callum and Ben are honest about this. Callum knows full well that he's married *Ben Mitchell*, and occasionally, that requires him to do some heavy lifting (which he does, because he loves Ben with all his heart, for good or bad). And Ben admits here and elsewhere that he knows how broken he is, and that occasionally, he will need to be carried. What makes the relationship work (at least, for me) is that they're both honest about this. This isn't an adversarial relationship, it's not coming from a place of point-scoring. They're both honest about this, which allows the load to shift and be carried, and they survive. Sure, some days, it's harder than others, but what relationship isn't? I also adore that dialogue in the auto shop. "You can't pour from an empty cup." "You've been to one of your courses again, haven't you?" Such a sweet, lovely little moment that just captures both of them, so perfectly. I love it.
Ben is the first love of Callum and stay there with all the goodess of this, for Ben sake, Callum is REALLY DEVOTED to Ben, which is the priority of Callum over every or anything, even work or family, really love Ben. Hopelessly devoted like the song 😍
It’s a long running soap opera called EastEnders. It’s been going since 1985. If you want to just watch Ben & Callum their entire storyline is on my channel 🙂
@@BallumCentralthe song that Ben and callum are singing the promise by girls aloud a previous version of Ben danced to when he was younger. I think it was when Charlie Jones played him
