When I lived in Chicago I loved exploring places. I’ve found magic bone circles, voodoo dolls with names, cut nooses
I’ve walked on crumbling walls on second floors and even tagged a few places
I’ve been in school, silos, warehouses, large foundations with basements still in tacked and even abandoned train stops
I often went alone
But when I did go with people I would go into deeper places I would be too scared to visit
Exploring places like that really was the closest thing I feel like I had to experiencing real life
Danger, curiosity and just plain joy
