  • My review of a portable handheld travel fan made by Jisulife. Several people in our group ended up buying this same fan, probably because it has a ton of reviews and a good price on Amazon. Overall, it performed very well - just don't expect miracles from such a small fan. Full review can be found on Armdog Reviews: armdogreviews....

    Thank you for the review. I never can find my glasses to read the fine printed manuals, so I rely on YT to show directions on the functions and care of my purchases. I like this little fan also. I also bought the hands free portable neck fan that's pretty good too.

      I'm glad the video was helpful to you! Also, those neck fans seem really useful - I should pick one up sometime and give it a try. I'm in Texas, so I could certainly use something like that

    I was looking at that fan on Amazon, thanks for the review. Of course now they have a few other versions, one with 3 speeds also. Thanks for the review!!

    I might buy one Im going to.Hawaii this would work for hot climates. Oh by the way how long does the battery 🔋 last?

    • @Amdall
      @Amdall  Місяць тому

      When we’ve used it on trips, we typically charged it every day or every other day, depending on how frequently we used it while walking around. Never ran out of battery, but we wanted to be sure. Now though, it’s mostly my kids that use it - one of them keeps it in their backpack and they use it to cool off while waiting for pickup after school. Since it’s only short bursts of use, we haven’t been charging it much at all (maybe every couple of weeks). I don’t know how long it could be used continuously, but we haven’t had any complaints about the battery life

    Is the fan powerful?

    • @Amdall
      @Amdall  18 днів тому

      I wouldn’t call it powerful necessarily, but it is a reasonable/expected strength for being a small foldable device. In the video, you can get some sense of how it does against a candle and a piece of paper - definitely not an overpowering air flow. But it does give a breeze in the heat

    How do you open it. We’ve been trying for an hour.

    • @Amdall
      @Amdall  6 місяців тому

      Were you able to get the fan open? Hopefully so. It shouldn’t have too much resistance, at least based on my experience. I’m able to just push where the gaps are to open. If it seems stuck, I wonder if you might have a slightly malformed unit.

      me too breaking my nails trying to open

    • @Amdall
      @Amdall  3 місяці тому

      @@claudiam8051 on my fan, I can just apply slight pressure where the gap is. There’s a bit of resistance to keep it from opening automatically, but I don’t think it should be nail breaking levels of stuck. You may have a defective unit or something

    How do you put the wrist ban on?

    • @Amdall
      @Amdall  2 місяці тому

      Actually, mine doesn't seem to have a wristband. Or perhaps I lost it when I first got it? Sorry, I'm not really sure about that one.

    The blade fall out and I don't know how to fix it. Help 😢

    • @Amdall
      @Amdall  3 місяці тому +1

      Sorry to hear! I’m not really sure, that sounds like it might be a defective unit. With my fan, the blades have been pretty durable and withstanding bumping into lots of things without falling off. If the fan is still pretty new, you might consider getting a replacement (if ordered through Amazon). If you’re out of the return period, you could also consider reaching out to the manufacturer/seller to see if they might be willing to help you. Good luck, hope you are able to get some assistance
