Cool video, lots of footage of Charleston SC during Hurricane Hugo used to represent the evacuation of Louisville. I would not have known had I not lived through it and recognized several of the news crew video shots, so many of those scenes got replayed non stop for a good ten years after the hurricane. Makes sense to use that, very similar old southern architecture, scenes of evacuations, gridlock on the streets from all the cars trying to leave. It took my family hours to make it out of just Charleston county during the Evacuation, made to North Carolina, only to end up being in its eye anyways and finding out it was still quite a powerful storm even hundreds of miles inland. We had two separate tornadoes go right by our motel room that nights. Going back to Charleston was surreal, fallen trees everywhere, houses in the middle of streets from floating of their foundations, a huge yacht sitting in the middle of the Hardee's parking lot downtown, and then we got home to find our house still standing, only to then realize that dead fish should not be littered in the yard and street, and then we walk in to find waterlines three feet up the wall and the house and everything in it ruined. I was nine at the time and still remember a lot of it like it yesterday.

It had a fairly big production budget and cast which is how they got all those actors dressed as cops and bystanders for their clips. From what I can tell the uploader didn't change anything from the original program, he just cut a small segment that didn't mention WHAT the people were fleeing from (a bomb in the original vs. zombies in this video) and used it for his own video. Which is a tad disingenuous since he seems to be passing the whole thing off as AI-generated.
