I miss this show so much. Nothing was like the tv in the early 2000s... SFU, Sopranos, The Wire... I’ll even throw Sex and the City in there (before it made two bad movies and got overly commercial). These were the HBO golden days.
"Were" ? HBO still has better tv shows than netflix would ever produce (Sharp objects, Game of thrones, euphoria , a lot more ..) but i agree though , when SFU first aired , there were the wire , Oz , the sopranos , S&TC airing at different days , and considering absolutely all these shows are cult
This show is gold! It needs to be more recognized rather than bull shit like Riverdale and 13 reasons why (and yes, I know 13 reasons why is in a way important to television, but so many shows portray mental illness logically and realistically, not to mention the last two seasons were awful) all in all, Six Feet Under is one of my top 5 favorite shows
Riot because those of us who have been watching SFU since it came out in 2001 have long known that Rachel Griffiths is an Australian actress! If you watch Six Feet Under in Memoriam 2001-2005 they mention the fact that she pulls off a flawless American accent.
The year is 2022 and I finally decided to watch Six Feet Under for the first time. What an incredible show!
Same but 2023 for me!
this show is a masterpiece
*One of THE best shows ever on television!*
a slice of heaven would be living at ruth's sisters hippie home in the hills .
AMEN!
“Amen! Aaaaa-men!”
Absolutely!!
I know! I kept saying that every time they filmed there! Looked like nirvana, if I had that house and property I'd never leave.
Seaon 3 broke my heart so much :( a really wonderful and sad season.
I have only just watched this in 2022/23 . It's absolutely brilliant 👏.
best fucking thing I ever saw on tv
Same
Same. Tied with The Leftovers for me.
@@fusionsoul The Sopranos also is the greatest thing to ever happen to TV

I'd rate this show above the Sopranos, there's just something special about everything about it.
Ikr it's a masterpiece
Best show ever
A brilliant series to kick off The 21st Century.
Fax
Even with the going-off-the-rails melodrama from late season 3 through season 4 (back on track in season five!) it’s still my favorite show.

How has nobody mentioned Brenda's accent yet?

She is Australian, she was in Muriel's Wedding.
MCH❤️
What is up with Michael's voice at 2:40?
I noticed all the men sound like an octave higher than normal. Peter sounded like he had some helium.
Yes, Lauren Ambrose’s voice sounds too high as well. Something was definitely up with the sound in this video.
The video is sped up a little bit
This Show Was Too Good But it was True Yay a !
