First time I have ever eaten hot cross buns and they were really good. I didn't have the dried fruit from the recipe so I went with dried cranberries and raspberries.

thank you for the recipes (made the fish and chips one again and expanded it to Potato Cakes (Vic or Scallops NSW) which came out amazing)

A few weeks ago you said you were going to post a recipe for chilli oil, do you still intend to do this as I was just in the supermarket this morning and a small bottle of Filipio Berrio chilli olive oil was a whacking seven quid. I'm sure it must be a lot cheaper to do your own. Thank you.
