Can not describe how much I love this tune. I think it's one of Darins most underrated songs, even if it has over 1 million streams on youtube and closer to 2 million streams on spotify, which is quite a lot for such an old swedish song. It's aged wonderfully, doesn't sound cheesy to me at all, except for that cartoon-noise in the second verse (..'watch you lick your lips, WHIIIOOH!,), lol. The production is so detailed and great, especially for a teen pop-song marketed mainly for young girls at the time. It sounds like Futuresex/lovesounds before Futuresex/lovesounds was even released. So danceable, almost funky and dark at the same time, great vocal melody too at the end especially. I'd love to know what inspired you and the rest when you made the song!
