The movies blow up the love triangle, for obvious reasons, but it was pretty clear in the books that Katniss wanted to be with Peeta. She loved Gale but he always wanted something from her that she didn't feel. It was friendship, it was loyalty (he took care of her family and vice versa) but that's about it. Katniss represented hope for so many people but that's what Peeta was for her.
I believe the author said somewhere that Gale was supposed to be Katniss’s cousin but the publishing company was pushing for a love triangle otherwise they wouldn’t publish it. So she ended up taking the love triangle route.
@@LittleLondonCottages nah they were not they hatch that plan after Katniss won cause if people know about their relationship or whatever it is people will not believe peeta and Katniss story
@@LittleLondonCottages Yeah, I've heard that, too. They wanted to push "Team Gale" vs "Team Peeta," which was a dynamic that really wasn't supposed to be there. That said, she used it well, to make it more a question of what Katniss wanted and believed in--peace and life vs perpetual rage and war--rather than "Which boy is cuter?"
So much of the "love triangle" in the books was also "Gale and Peeta tell Katniss how much they love her/care for her, meanwhile Katniss is just trying to make sure everyone survives until tomorrow and doesn't have time for this right now". She cares for both, but they're pushing for something she's not really capable of considering at the moment.
For me, book Katniss gave a major feel of not needing romance and not really looking for it (I think she directly states in the book that with the way the world is, she doesn't want to start a family because of the risk of children being sent to the games). It's not until she's flung into acting out a relationship with Peeta that she even begins to consider anything, and by that point, there's just no time to pause and sort out feelings. If the rebellion didn't happen, her feelings would have been moot anyway; they were going to be linked together for the rest of their lives. Book Katniss also kind of gives aromantic vibes a lot of the time with just how much she play-acts at romance without really feeling what she's "supposed" to be feeling.
Katniss just knows real homies kiss their homies.
Suzanne Collins (the author of the Hunger Games trilogy) saw Peeta and Gale as more than just two points on a love triangle.
She saw them as two perspectives in the Just War Debate.
Gale with his experience and temperament goes for more violent remedies. Peeta because of his kindness goes for diplomacy.
So for Katniss she is not just choosing a love partner. She's choosing her worldview.
Correction. "she's figuring out her worldview."
Or rather, she is choosing her cooping mechanism. She doesn't love either of them
"Mutts" is short for mutation. So anything from the jabberjays, those dogs, the zombie Lizard creatures are all referred as mutts so when peeta was calling her that he meant she was a weapon created by the capitol
i love the cat scene at the end because the cat never hissed or growled at her. even as katniss broke down for a minute the cat just stayed and in the end comforted her. like it knows prim is gone
Some changes that they made in the movie VS the books -
. They actually send a childhood friend of Peeta's to visit him instead of Prim (who I think is obviously way too connected to Katniss not to trigger him at that point)
. They cut out a lot of Peeta's journey of getting better - he eats with them at lunch but has to be handcuffed and is pretty rude to everyone & eventually has to be taken away but Katniss dose later discover that despite not being at Finnick & Annie's wedding he did make their cake but under "close supervision" & even 20 years later he still struggles with flashbacks from being tortured
. Finnick is shown to be a lot more of a mess before Annie is rescued then he seemed in the last movie - walking around in in he's underwear (which is tragic when you find out that that he used to be sold to people in the Capital) with no shoes and not even realising, trouble focusing, either sleeping all the time or not at all, constantly got rope wrapped round he's fingers to tie knots with (as part of he's therapy) and crying so much that Katniss says it's hard to stay mad at him for keeping secrets during the games
. They cut the whole storyline of Joanna & Katniss being roommates and them training together to become soldiers only for Joanna to fail the final test (due to it triggering a memory of being tortured) which meant she couldn't be part of the mission so to make her feel better Katniss gifts her a bundle of pinecones (to remind her of her home) & promises to kill Snow
. Katniss discovers that her prep team were taken to District 13 but were chained up, naked & covered in thier own filth for taking extra bread from District 13's rations which makes Katniss furious and leads to her and Gale having a fight because he dosn't get why she would care about them
. the little girl in the yellow coat is actually the one that dies not the mum
. Tigriss's disguises for Katniss and Gale are legit (AKA makeup/wigs/fur coats)
. Katniss didn't shoot Gale because everything around her was so chaotic that she couldn't actually hear what he was saying & only remembered that he didn't have a nightlock pill after he'd been dragged away
. Effie dose show up but only once at the end to help get Katniss ready to execute Snow but Katniss describes her as pale, hallow and quiet due to probably being interagated or even tortured for her role in the games and obviously not being able to pass herself off as a rebel and Katniss thinks this will be the last time they'll ever see eachother but she's glad Haymitch was at least able to get her out of the war alive
. There's a lot more chaos when Katniss kills Coin, Peeta almost gets he's hand bitten off from Katniss trying to get to her nightlock pill, then a bunch of people litrually carry her away as she screams for Gale to shoot her
. After killing Coin Katniss is left alone in part of Snow's mansion thinking that somone will eventually come to kill her or put her in prison, she barley eats, takes a ton of morphling (drugs), sings till she bassically losses her voice then passes out and has all these sad dreams about her loved ones being birds that end up leaving her but eventually the former game maker shows up to tell her she's been exciled to District 12 (the letter Hamitch reads was obviously a substitute because the actor had already passed away by then)
. In the time skip at the end Katniss & Peeta's bodies are covered in skin grafts from all the injuries they sustained meaning they're permanently physically scared as well as mentally (and that's on top of Peeta loosing a leg in the first book)
PS. The red mockingjay suit was only used for the trailers. Which are actually really cool because they're framed as propaganda from the Capital and District 13.
The bit with how Effie was treated in the movie as opposed to how the prep team was treated in the book was a really odd juxtaposition. Effie (in lieu of the prep team--Effie in the book was captured and in jail in the capital) was keeping herself isolated because she understood and disliked the rules, while Plutarch was in constant contact with her and telling her that she was free to move around, while the prep team in the book was chained to a wall and mistreated because they didn't understand the rules, and Katniss and Plutarch (who had carelessly not checked up on them) had to force D13 to release them, and they were more or less under Katniss's protection from then on.... which led to her first major fight with Gale, who couldn't figure out how she could possibly care that they were chained to the wall and whipped, given that they were agents of the Capitol. I don't know if they were trying to save it as a surprise that Coin was as bad as Snow, or what the deal was there. It seemed like weird choice.
@Katie Didd I assume they might have tried to but quickly gave up when they realised she wasn't "playing up" the mentally ill thing just to avoid going back into the games. As for the single mum thing yeah I never thought about it until now but your sadly right. I like to think that she was getting therapy in District 13 (like Joanna but was just more open to it because she had somone to "get better" for) and that once the war ended she got help to raise her baby like she dose live with him but they stay in a facility for familes with similar truma so there's always staff around to make sure offspring are properly looked after.
@babs3241 Yeah I think overall the movies didn't do a good job of showing how "strict" things actually were in District 13, foreshadowing how Cruel Coin could actually be. I don't think the prep team were whipped, just chained and left in there own filth (which made them have sores on thier skin) and maybe sprayed with a hose (which is still horrific obviously) but then I havn't read Mockingjay in a long time so maybe I'm misremembering?
lmfao @ the spelling errors
Them actually making propaganda videos for both sides during the release of P1 and P2 was a very nice easter egg for the fans.
Something I have seen so many people not notice in the movies (and this is from someone who has only seen the movies, not read the books) is that when getting dressed to go execute snow she slips a nightlock pill into her collar. As soon as she shoots Coin she reaches for it and goes to swallow it but Peeta runs up and takes it from her.
I would love that Johanna and Finick had more screen time, In the last book both of them have a really great support and impact in Katniss and Petta. is a shame they took all that out.
Jennifer's performance with the kisses makes certain things clear.
yea, you can tell that whenever she kisses gale, it is kind of similar to how she kisses peeta on stages for the whole romance sham, but when she actually kisses Peeta, like on the beach, after he hit the force field, or in this movie, you can tell how much she actually loves Peeta and kisses him because she wants to kiss him, whereas gale, it is more of a coping mechanism or feeling of obligation for her
If you read the book you’ll notice Katniss was always in love with peeta romantically and her feelings towards gale was platonic.
Im just so glad she picked peeta. Team peeta from the beginning.
Still upset over finnick and prims death.
tbf she picked Peeta ever since the beach scene she just felt bad for not loving Gale back in that way. Her feelings towards Peeta from that point were so obvious, they just needed it all to end in order to fully peruse it.
@@pleaseshush9800 fully agree. She fell for him in catching fire
@@gdesiree29 100%, I think the books emphasise it more and make it clearer than the movies tbf. In the books the triangle was never really a thing as such, it seemed much more prominent in the films. The beach scene where she describes the hunger she felt after the kiss and then she says at the end of MJ pt2 something along the lines of she still feels the same hunger and ever since she felt it first she knew it’d always turn out this way, with her and Peeta together. Great closing lines for me, would have been cool to see Katniss recite that monologue in the films as a voice over or at the end when looking at Peeta and her child.
@@pleaseshush9800 I wish they made her say the whole epigloue from the book into that last scene.
@@gdesiree29 100% agree. Would have been a nice touch and kind of just explained to watchers of only the film, why her and Peeta was good together and why it was always them two.
The movies don't really go into it much, but Gale was always a tactical thinker. The books show how he made traps for animals, one of which is the basis for the bombs that go off twice, and they give him a little more time to show his character. In the movie they don't show that as much. He's just also totally willing to commit genocide and kill children and first responders.
And yeah, Katniss is a pretty closed off character who does not really talk about her feelings. To be fair, she is, like almost everyone, traumatised by living in a fascist dictatorship that wants her dead. That stoicism is a problem in the first games when she has the interview. She really needed Peeta to make her seem nice and cute on top of being a competent hunter and archer.
And the boy with the bread wishes he wasn't. He has become what he was so afraid of, the Capitol changed him so much that he's barely himself anymore.
In the book Finnick (and Johanna) show up way more. The movies condense weeks of conversations and basically a training montage down to one or to three line chats.
The reason they just don't annihilate each other is nukes. The population is low. Humanity as a whole is barely surviving so they're unwilling to completely wipe out entire cities.
Tigress was not in the rest of the story at all. :)
During that conversation about who Katniss likes best, Katniss basically thinks something along the lines of "well, right now it's neither of you" Like, I get that both of them have feelings, but Katniss has had no time to sort out hers. She basically went from "I'm not ever having babies or partners, everyone gets reaped", to fighting for her life, to arranged marriage for the entertainment of the Capitol, to fighting for her life and the rest of the country. And some conversations with Gale do feel a lot like Gale pulling on her sleeve and going "notice me notice me!"
In the book Katniss and Gale got to wear some make up, Tigress made them look like Capitol citizens.
I might be remembering it wrong, but afaik that little girl in the yellow coat fully dies in the book. Like, no crying over a parent, shot.
The ending is basically, people can heal, but they will carry that deep trauma forever. The scars will never go away and sometimes everything will remain a struggle.
Katniss didn't want to be a symbol or a rebel, she only volunteered to save Prim, and then her whole reason of volunteering in the first place was murdered in a war. In the book it's pointed out that Prim is not yet an adult, why is she working as a medic on the front lines. Both Peeta and Katniss (and everybody else) was deeply traumatised by the whole ordeal, but they were able to build something up. Katniss got to have children and a partner, because now she doesn't have to fear that they'll be reaped.
Peeta is the example of what the games do to people. some of his kindness was replaced with fear of connecting with others.
Peeta survived losing a leg, went through 2 arenas, kidnapped, tortured and brainwashed.
You know what’s funny? I saw someone say that Peeta acts like he’s went through more than katniss when he’s barely been through any trauma… like both of these things aren’t even true 😭
@@clover2739 @clover2739 hahaha, that's crazy.
Peeta : beaten by his mom during his childhood, went through 2 hunger games, lost his leg, got tortured for weeks, got brainwashed, lost his entire family (mother, father, 2 older brothers), got flashbacks and nightmares for the rest of his life.
Finnnick : went through 2 hunger games, was sold as a prostitute to the capitol people for several years, was mentor for several years, then died.
Johanna : went through 2 hunger games, was mentor for a few years, lost all her loved ones, got tortured for weeks, became a morphling addict because of the flashbacks.
Haymitch : went through a hunger games where there were 48 tributes, lost all his loved ones, his mother, younger brother and girlfriend, was mentor for 25 years, became an alcoholic for the rest of his life.
Katniss : went through 2 hunger games, lost her father and sister, got nightmares for the rest of her life.
It's hard to say who suffered the most between Finnick, Johanna and Peeta (and maybe Haymitch).
@@ptitepeluche05 no fr it doesn’t make any sense. When they say Peeta of all people barely went through any trauma and that he’s just being whiney like… what? He went through the biggest change 😭
Tigris (the "cat woman") is actually snow‘s cousin who played a huge role in his upbringing. you‘re gonna see her in the new movie but the fact snow abandoned her bc "she wasn‘t pretty enough anymore“ just makes it even more sad
This shows how katniss could only really choose peeta because he was her hope.
“Peeta and I grow back together. There are still moments when he clutches the back of a chair and hangs on until the flashbacks are over. I wake screaming from nightmares of mutts and lost children. But his arms are there to comfort me. And eventually his lips. On the night I feel that thing again, the hunger that overtook me on the beach, I know this would have happened anyway. That what I need to survive is not Gale's fire, kindled with rage and hatred. I have plenty of fire myself. What I need is the dandelion in the spring. The bright yellow that means rebirth instead of destruction. The promise that life can go on, no matter how bad our losses. That it can be good again. And only Peeta can give me that. So after, when he whispers, "You love me. Real or not real?" I tell him, "Real.
The ending of this is so bittersweet, but this is The Hunger Games: Bittersweet
R.I.P. Philip Seymour Hoffman (Plutarch Havensbee)
🙏
The red armor in promotional material, I think, was symbolic of Katniss continuing to burn through then end of the show. The armor is dark in the actual circumstances because she was sneaking around, bright red armor was not practical, and they did not make her new armor for the execution. She already made my point on the white/red cover. It's blood on innocence.
They should've used it for the execution ceremony.
Finnick's death in the books was some graphic shit for a YA novel.
Also the guy who was strung up with wire in the tar, that was a 2nd pod. The tar and the wires.
Also I super agree that the sewer mutts were just the descent things, thats how I imagined them when reading.
yeah, considering finnick’s death was the only thing I remembered in detail from reading the books 10 years ago, you saying it was graphic makes sense 😭
After all these years I still believe that the Hunger Games does it as one of the best when it comes to realistically portray PTSD. The nightmares, the screams, the feeling of almost being completely numb and knowing you won't receive justice. It perfectly portrays the sheer horror in the eyes of Katniss and Peeta. Its the same look I've seen a hundred times before as a medic in the Gaza Strip and Mosul in 2014 and 2017. That look of pure despair when people lose family members but also the look of pure hope after reuniting with their loved ones, after we pulled them out of the rubble. The grey area where you see good people become bad people after their home is bombed by foreign countries. To either retaliate or find peace. This series bring that aspect forward really well. I met multiple people that shared bonds like Katniss and Prim did. Even met men with the character of Peeta and Finnick. I was invited to eat with their families. I've received gifts from some of them and even got flowers from their kids. Its hard to find out that you sometimes shared a meal with people that died shortly after. The pain becomes so agonizing that every memory, every image and even smell causes you too break down, to the point it feels almost impossible to eat, drink and even stand up. I like that in the ending of Mockingjay, we see them gardening, sitting in a field and listening to the rain. I do that as well in order to supress my memories. As dystopian as their society might seem, its not far off from the truth. After a while you realize that our politicians (Snow and Coin in their world) use Hollywood, the mass media and even games as a means to justify the chaos they have created over there. That they use it to invade countries, assasinate leaders, steal natural resources and not give back profits to locals, even classify documents of airstrike reports and vilify refugees. In most ficitional movies, there is also an element of truth. That's why I like the Hunger Games. For me its closer to the reality I've witnessed than it is to fiction. They did a great job in portraying those emotions.
The more time passes, the more I get to appreciate The Hunger Games. For me, it's a story about authoritarianism, a country based on fear and oppression and how does that look, but overall, is a story about how there's no such thing as a "good war". Even wars fought for freedom will require blood from innocents. No one wins in a war, there's just those who lost, and those who lost more. An amazing dystopia and series, thank you for your reactions.
One of the marketing strategies for these films was creating promo that was made by the capitol and the rebellion. The red armor is apart of the promo that was produced by district 13.
Yes it wasn't Buttercup's fault that Prim is gone but a someone who had lost a person really close to them (also a sister in my case), there is a period where emotions will outrank rational thought, especially if they haven't had the time to grieve properly. You will be in a bad mood all day and will randomly snap at everyone. Everyone experience grief differently and in their own time. Knowing Katniss and reading the book, it will ber natural response as all she ever wanted was to keep her sister safe but in the end, Prim still died.
Plus, it was nice to empathize with someone who felt the same way I did during my grieving period.
Edit: And yeah, they didn't have the cliche Happily Ever After ending. Both Peeta and Katniss carried scars; physically, mentally and psychologically. Peeta still experienced momentary episodes (leg amputated after his first Hunger Games), Katniss has PTSD and depression. A good ending especially when the story is all about war and the people who survived it.
in the books finnick literally gets decapitated, i was traumatized lmfao so glad they didnt do that in the movie
The cat was there when she filmed the scene, everything she threw was made of rubber- excellent sound design.
2:16 Boom has anybody told you how much of a genius you are? I never thought about that, and it's not the first time you've pointed out things that despite me being obsessed with the franchises (like S.U) you still catch these crazy details. I guess I'm trying to say you are becoming my bias of the group 😌✋💜
"Here comes the new king, same as the old king."
So Tigris ( the woman who helped hide them ) is president snows cousin there's actually going to be a younger version of her in the new hunger games movie
Am reading it now and when I realized who she is to him I was shocked.
I get why they made Peeta's first visitor Prim... we know her, and the book does later have her involved in the process and she actually comes on the right approach (a reverse hijacking). But it also makes them look really stupid. The book has a character who didn't make the movies, Delly Cartwright, explicitly chosen because she's one of the few town survivors who Peeta would know and wouldn't have any connection to Katniss. They even spent a few lines fretting about the fact that she'd been mentioned early on during the first book in conversation that involved Katniss, but they decided that the connection was vague enough that they didn't need to worry about it. Putting in Katniss's sister instead makes them look like they really weren't thinking it through.
Dont know id someone mentioned it or not, those kids were Lawrences nephew and niece I believe. Visiting her on set. SO they used family for the last scene.
they were actually both boys!
@@chance757 Oh really? I could of sworn I read somewhere the younger one was a girl.
@@BlueRoseWolfie nope! look it up, they’re her nephews i swear
Just for future reference, cuz you don’t seem to know, but a martyr HAS TO BE DEAD. You only get a martyr stasis if you have literally DIED for your beliefs.
Also, the red armor in the poster was part of a pretty ingenious marketing scheme based around the line "moves and countermoves". There was a counterpart to that particular poster in which President Snow was bathed in white.
Mutts means any weapon created by the capitol. Like the jabber jays, the zombie looking things, people always think it just means the dog looking ones from the first movie so it’s a common misconception.
“Good job, Peeta, the other guy helped bomb people. You just choked her out…”.
I could just hear the voices in their head saying ‘and some people are into that, so’ 😂
Peeta bread may not have baked any, but he sure put a bun in the oven or two 🤪
In the book, *Katniss* delivered the line about the 76th Hunger Games, but she was so paranoid about being seen as too mentally unstable to be allowed to march into the Capitol that she awkwardly tried to play it off as a simple quip.
1:27: Evil Petah freaked me out when I watched this scene.
14:02: This man is brainwashed
I like how the thumbnail have Katniss wearing red suit cause after watching this reaction I guess I know why it became the thumbnail 😭😅
Prim dying in the book had me BAWLING my eyes out. I personally loved the last book of the hunger games the most because it explored SO MUCH of everyone else.
Them talking about busting nuts had me crying as a kid 😂 😂 😂
Tigris is very important in the books she stylish all of them and they are not recognizable when they make it to the Capitol, She will have an important part in the new movie.
4:33 they always set themselves up lol.😂 But yeah, not necessarily a double agent, but he became worse than the capital in the process.
1:07:02 you guys were thinking of Phillip Seymour Hoffman who died before the movies were out. The guy who played Snow is still alive
Sinna was the only one to EVER design anything Katniss wore in the games and in the war, he did not design anything red. They doused her in red to represent bloodshed. There is no designer to make her this “red armor” you are losing your mind over in the story, no one.
Gale is Prim's killer, Peeta won from the start
Boom u really have a nice hair DO NOT HIDE IT AGAIN
In books it’s a thing that gale was as good with traps as Katnis is with a bow
Finnick was my favorite bro. A lot of stories love killing or screwing over characters like him and it sucks.
Mr beast walking threw a Chucky cheese 😂 😂 😂
This finale is so intense.
the red suit was part of the movie, it’s a teaser for the rebels and the capitol like snow, johanna and peeta are on his side. these teasers are never meant for a promotion for the actual movie it’s for the story of the movie like what katniss did with that video saying people of panem, we fight” etc. although they kind of use it to tease the fans i don’t know if o make sense it’s kinda hard to explain while typing lol.
i don’t know if you guys know but there’s a videos of it just search it up
Ruff didn't get the red armor because he didn't keep his promise from Part 1. He didn't fix him! (Pepperidge Farm remembers...JK)
Also, someone send Eric some bread. Dude is hankering for carbs.
Ok now y’all have to watch the prequel, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes 🐦⬛🎶🐍
Lol at you guys losing it during the Metal Gear Solid comments. True fans.
When you opened up with "its finale time." I really wanted H man to start singing 🎵" its finale time, come on and grab your friends, will go to far and distant lands .... 🎵
Why am i so random.....
Ruff and boom were right bout what the mutts looked like i know the demon lima beans and the creatures from the decent. Also Katniss loved Gale as a brother, and loved Peta actually. She fell for Peta and when she came back Gale made things complicated by coming clean about his feelings. She didnt want to hurt either. But in the end she knew it was Peta she loved.
Thx for the reaction
I literally thought the ending to this movie wasnt real at first, i actually thought it was all a dream. I just couldn't believe how depressing it was 😭
i would love to see y'all react to the maze runner movies!! they're some of my fave dystopian films and the books were my first foray into the zombie genre (i'm a huge fan of the genre, particularly tlou, twd, and netflix's kingdom) and i think you would rlly enjoy them!!
Seriously, people don't really care about red armor. It was just promo
Katniss and Gale didn't grow up together. They met when Gale was 14 and Katniss was 12. They know each other for 5 years at that point of the story.
Effie Trinket supremacy!
47:00-47:02 SAME😂😂😂
Sorry man, lost the bonus armor when Katniss rejected that New Game+
So not sure if yall noticed or not but that bombing where prim died sounded an awful lot like gales plan to attack the capital >->
Never mind yall just talked about it lol
Why is Bree only appearing on you Hunger Games reactions? Is she like your guide to Hunger Games or something? XD
She has a new born she has to take care of through the day. Definitely expect her to show up on more videos.
The two dudes on the left need to understand that there's a difference between appropriately timed commentary and laughing at your own unwarranted jokes you made in the middle of important dialog.
Might make it slightly more watchable 🤷♂️
movie: shows the character surviving literal war and intense lifelong traumas, finally finding peace and a sense of safety
this guy for some reason: why armor not red???
lol, you guys were fun to watch tho
They never gave us the red drip 😔
Please tell me y’all are gonna do the new Hunger Games movie, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes? ❤️
We will 100% do it eventually
I really hope the cat scene at the end was not actually done with the cat having a person screaming and throwing stuff but if so, give the cat an oscar immediately! that scene in particular is so hard to watch and it kind of ruins the emotion for me because I end up way more concerned for the cat than I do about what Katniss is going through grieving her little sister, its just very disturbing but one thing this series does very well is 'disturbing'; one good example is the scene from this movie with the little girl crying over her dead moms body but also the idea of a bunch of children being murdered (Prim being one of them is done well because Katniss was literally just discussing how it doesnt make it okay only because they're from the capitol), the entire premise of the games, the scene where Katniss discovered charred human remains in district 12, a hospital being bombed, Gale being whipped in catching fire, Gale experiencing survivors guilt, Haymitchs addiction, Finnick selling his body from a young age for secrets, etc, the whole thing is just a brutal portrayal of the realities of war, demonstrating how there are literally no winners even if you manage to survive it.
Wow that’s weird. You should seek help
I myself was ENTIRELY disappointed by the final armor not bursting into flames and turning red…
I guess if Cinna was still alive he could’ve made new armour that does that
46:02-46:03 YASSSSSS GURL👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
the maze runner? 👀
PEEEEETAAAAAAA! LOVEEEEEE FOREVEEER!
y'all should do into the spider verse
👀
Can y'all watch The Fault In Our Stars?
I think you can still SUE the producers over the red armor!!!!!! You have 3 witnesses who know how traumatized you are!
Didn't they make a new law that would label the Red Suit as misleading Ad ?😂
Katniss is neurodivergent. It explains literally all of her “weird” behaviours.
Pls do trailer trailer reaction for the new hunger games movie
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The red promotional stuff always bothered me
bro. love what im watching but. STOP PUTTING RANDOM PATRION ADS.wait till the end. cause i get frustrated to even finish to the end. love it. but stop with the pauses.
We will not be stopping putting ads in our videos which is what keeps the mics and lights on and keeps our employees employed. Luckily for anyone who wants an ad free experience our patreon offers that as the ad states 😁
don't listen to Bree she's just making the kiss rules up. 1. true loves kiss only works on Disney properties, for reference see Shrek. 2. There is no such thing as true love's kiss but only as friend. ANYONE raised on Disney princesses can tell you that. 3. The power of friendship does not require kissing. For reference see ANY shonen anime ever. Personally, I think she just wants an excuse to smooch all of you. Good luck.
i don’t watch anime :(
I love y’all but you’re always hating on the women and love the men and make excuses for their behavior. Just something I’ve noticed lol, don’t mean it in a rude way it’s still funny
We definitely didn’t make excuses for the men’s behavior. And we didn’t hate on all the women. We LOVED Effie. We hated on two specific woman, the horrible woman who was literally killed by Katniss. And Katniss who absolutely deserved all the criticism lol
But no I don’t think that accusing us of sexism because we disliked two out of the countless woman in the show is helpful to anything
We totally get you’re joking but people who haven’t watched the video yet will see your comment accusing us of being sexist and take it at face value. Especially if they don’t know us.
@@SortaStupid if you don’t mind me asking, why does katniss deserve all of the criticism that she gets?
@@Zoroark44 the criticism we gave Katniss in the times that we did criticize her was about her flip flopping back and forth between Gale & Peeta. What did she do throughout all 4 movies? Flip flop back and forth between Gale and Peeta.
It’s pretty cut and dry. Weird we even have to clarify
@@SortaStupid I’ve never read the books so I don’t know all the details but I thought it was pretty obvious from catching fire that she was in love with peeta and truly cares about him. She only ever really shows affection to gale probably because she feels guilty after all he has done for her and her family but the affection that she shows peeta compared to gale are very different. But I thought that was completely obvious to everyone but Apparently not
@@Zoroark44 It was obvious that doesn't change the fact that she flip flopped back and forth and hurt both of them in the process. Just because you love one person doesn't mean you string along another.
I'll also repeat this again, we criticized Katniss for flip flopping back and forth between Gale and Peeta.
She did exactly that for 4 movies. Hence why she deserves the criticism of "flip flopping back and forth between Gale and Peeta"
Can yall shut up and just watch the movie omggggggggg the rant about the game was so annoying 😅
No 😁
