What is with these landlords?! Good tenants are hard to find and getting peeved over chalk drawings made by kids..... IT WASHES AWAY.
I guarantee you the landlord's wife felt threatened by a pretty, young, and talented tenant who caught her husband's eye. Glad Kara is finding a new place to rent, and I hope the landlord's wife gets a good therapist.

She had her chalk the town event today. I unfortunately don’t live close so I couldn’t go but she said on her live on TikTok that it went really well. I’m so excited for her!
Saw the phone call vid. So bizarre, the landlord's wife acts like the tenet drew gentials and satanic symbols with paint. Its chalk art of cartoon animals lady!! Jeez, some people have nothing better to do but find something to complain about all day every day.
Wow, some people are so miserable that all they have to share with the world is negativity.

Sounds like the landlord's miserable wife felt threatened by an attractive, talented young woman. Unfortunately, i have seen many instances of women not being supportive of one another. Such a shame.

Should have left out the ‘looking for a new place’ if you’ve heard half the conversations between her and the landlord’s wife. The wife keeps trying to make it seem as if lady is the issue or asking her if she wants to move. Each time she tells her NO. Keeping that part in only fuels the Karen calls or texts to that poor woman.
Just did some chalk art for my besties birthday 😬 gonna clean it up in a day or so hopefully no one is too mad 😅
