Bible is “not” the “word” of God. It contains the word of God. If we say it is the word of God then we have to then say that all that is written in are words from God. But as we can see, sometimes the words are coming from the author’s own thinking. Even the apostle Paul in an instance say that what he is about to say is not from God but according to his own judgment.
There are instances also that as the author tells the story, there are people speaking on their own and those words they are saying are not the words of God. When the rich young man came to the Lord Jesus and ask him what to do, those words that the young man said are not God’s words but the rich young man’s own words. When Nicodemus came to the Lord, the words that nicodemus uttered are not God’s words. When the samaritan woman at the well spoke to the Lord, the woman’s words are her own words not God’s.
There’s many more instances where we can see people are speaking with their own thoughts not God’s.
It is just wrong to say the Bible as a whole is the word of God. Again, it contains the words of God and it tells us the story of how God spoke to his people and guided them. It is the story of how we can walk with God and what we should be doing to do the will of God.

The text of Genesis 1:26 does not tell us who was there, but we know from Job 38:7 that angels were present at creation. Humans are made in the image of God, yet they are a little lower than the angels (Psalm 8:5). It is therefore reasonable to conclude that angels are made more in the image of God than humans. If this is so, it makes sense for God to request the assistance of angels in the creation of man. God is still the creator, the angels were merely assisting, like a team of nurses may help the surgeon, yet the surgeon is said to have performed the surgery.
Most likely God was speaking to angelic beings who also have human characteristics of language, reason, judgment, music, and ability to choose, meaning we have a similar image to angels. Granted, the text does not state that God spoke to angelic beings, but it makes simple logical sense.

Proverbs 8:22-31 tells us to whom God was speaking when he said "Let US make man in OUR image." - Gen 1:26.
The giveaway is the use of the term MAKE rather than CREATE.
Jesus in his pre-human form was assisting God.
That is why we are told that everything came into existence THROUGH Jesus. Colossians 1:16, Hebrews 1:2.
The preparation of the earth and life on it was being observed by the angels. But they never took any part in making it happen.
Job 38:4 Where were you when I founded the earth? Tell me, if you think you understand.
7 When the morning stars joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God began shouting in applause?

Hey brother, I know you think you’re leading folks in a true directions. But Yahweh is still, currently, the God and Father of Jesus (John 20:17; Rev 3:12). Yahweh is also our God and Father according to those same texts. So the 1 Most High God can’t be Trinity because Jesus’s God and Father is not tripersonal. Now I’d encourage you to go back to your alleged proof texts and look at them without Trinitarian presuppositions.

Since internet is here some of us study.
Trinity, incarnation, rapture, immaculate, don't exist in the bible.
They are attempts to explain what they thought the verse or group of verses meant.
    Trinity went wrong.
Bible both OT and NT. Teach
One God who is our father and creator whom no man has seen nor can see but dwells in light unapproachable
Jesus is son of God because the angel declared that the child will be holy and shall be called the son of the most high.
This one is his salvation to the ends if the earth.
The Spirit of. God proceeds from God.
Messiah and the Spirit are divine but not God
    Diety not=Divine
Diety is the supreme, most high one
Divinity refers to attributes of diety..

There is great ambiguity as to how Romans 9:5 should be translated. A quick check shows that there is no consistency, even among pro-Trinitarian translations, as to the proper translation of this verse.
In the Greek this verse says nothing about Jesus being God, rather it is Paul saying that Jesus is God-blessed, which is to be blessed by God (who is someone else). A disputed verse should not be used as a basis for core doctrine.

    • @michaelhenry1763

    • @jollyrancher521
      @jollyrancher521 4 місяці тому

Romans 9:5 has been translated in different ways depending on how the Greek is understood. A number of translations render it as a doxology directed toward God. For example, the Revised Standard Version says, “To them belong the patriarchs, and of their race, according to the flesh, is the Christ. God who is over all be blessed forever. Amen.” Other translations, like the NIV, render the verse as identifying Christ as God: "the Christ, who is God over all, forever praised!" While it is grammatically possible to render it that way, it is necessary to take the context into consideration. In Romans, Paul consistently makes a distinction between God and Jesus Christ. Romans 15:5-6 says in the NIV: “May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Whenever Paul makes similar expressions of praise in his letters as the one in Romans 9:5, they are always directed to God the Father (Romans 11:34-36; 16:27; Galatians 1:4-5; Philippians 4:20; 1 Timothy 1:17). This pattern suggests that Romans 9:5 is more likely a doxology directed toward God the Father rather than an identification of Christ as God.

The prophecy about how the Trinity would come into Christian beliefs is found at Acts 20:30. It is called a twisted teaching. Therein lies the fact that logical minds cannot grasp it. Jesus in prayer to his God Jehovah said:
(John 17:3) This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.

No Jesus was not taking to Himself, that’s a doctrine called modalism.
The trinitarian view teaches that God is one (echad) and 3 in person. So each person is fully God yet they are distinct and have different roles. It’s not illogical for God to be 3 yet one because remember God’s nature is nothing like anything in creation. So Jesus was talking to another person of trinity (God the Father) who is also God.

    • @sethsimumba7
      @sethsimumba7 7 місяців тому +1

@@tongakhan230 We meet again😂. Yes I agree Jesus was not talking to Himself, Jesus was talking to God the Father. The three persons of the trinity are distinct from one another in role and function yet they share the same nature.
Each of them have/ play a different role in salvation and they work in unity.
The Father is the planner, the "purposer," the giver of the Son. The Son is the accomplisher of our salvation. And the Holy Spirit is the applier of our salvation.
So yes Jesus came to fulfil the Father’s plan in regard to salvation which is why Jesus said that.

In 1 John 5:20, the word “this” is “houtos” in Greek, referring back to the statement just given, not the last individual. Claiming that it refers to the last stated person in order to make the person be the one true God, when used with consistency in other similar verses, yields absurdities.
For example, in this same letter of 1 John we read, “Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This (houtos) is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.” 1 John 2:22. Consistency here would require that Jesus be the antichrist!
“For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This (houtos) is the deceiver and the antichrist” 2 John 1:7. Applying the same principle here would make Jesus Christ to be “the deceiver and the antichrist”!
Basically, 1 John 5:20 is restating John 17:3, “THIS is eternal Life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you sent.”

How can God be three in one?
I think the most common problem people have is that they think in terms of addition 1 + 1 + 1 = 3
God is so far greater than our human mind can conceive. God can't be figured out by just our reasoning or human logic.
We are to know and worship God in Spirit and in Truth. And also know God by prayer, and through His Word (the Bible), through His Son (Jesus referred to Himself as The Son of Man and Son of God), and through His Spirit (Holy Spirit) - although He will always be so far greater than our comprehension, especially in this life time. That's why He has given us Eternity to get to know Him once we believe and have received His Son, Jesus Christ.
We don't serve multiple gods, but we do serve a God who in omnipotent and omnipresent. Just like in a simple math equations multiplication is far greater than addition.
    1 × 1 × 1 = 1
Seek The Truth with your heart (spirit) and not with brain (human reasoning alone) and you will find God. Jesus said "I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
    - John 14:6

7:05 as I heard the concept of god was for real very difficult and confusing for the western people as before jesus nobody preached them, jesus I think in a way showed the very easy to understand form of practise that is devotion, or called bhakti. and there were more that which will be hard to understand.
i think I might know a reason why christan people having a book written so nice still belive other religions as bad . so there is my hypothesis:- I got to know about the great battle of ten kings of our world which are mentioned in rigved, and it says the native peoples were send to exile in the harsh cold lands, where I think Europe would be for now, and maybe at some point jesus preached the people to establish the faith that people had forgotten, but while this was going the people who were already living in those cold lands used to worship ASURAS, the mythical powerful creatures who have tendency to misuse power, and people still worship them today, (iykyk) and hence the people who were just preached about god learned that other people who were not worshipping god were worshipping satan, for what their close neighbours were doing , and hence they learned something which was a misconception for them. yes the world is big, and many may worship asuras (or say AHURA) (its a thing that happened with yakoob and jacob, some sound problem similar with h and s) the world is big many also worship the same god as you do in different way. at the end saints say, everything is a part of the one. i don't ask you to agree with me, just take my hypothesis in consideration and do your own reserach

The Old Testament is extremely clear that there is only one God (Deut 6:4) who is deserving of "religious type worship" The context of Deuteronomy is about worship. The Bible is extremely clear that there are many gods after all the ancient words translated as god simply means a "mighty one" or a "powerful one" or a "strong one" The words translated as god is applied to the Almighty, to angels to men and parts of creation.
No text in the original languages of the Bible teaches that Jesus or the holy spirit is God. Some translators of te Bible allowed theology to cloud their judgements and translated some texts in a way to suggest that the trinity exist.

Correct. 1 John 5:20 says: “And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know _him who is true;_ and we are in him who is true, in _his Son Jesus Christ._ He is the _true God_ and eternal life” (ESV). “Him who is true” is referring to God. At the end of the verse the phrase “He is the true God” refers to “Him who is true” mentioned earlier in the verse. It isn’t referring to Jesus. This is in line with John 17:3, where Jesus calls his Father “the only true God.” We are able to know the Father because Jesus has come to give us a greater understanding of God. John 1:18 says: “No one has ever seen God; the only Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he has made him known” (RSV).

Jesus is God’s son not God himself. He is called God several times in scripture because he has a divine nature being the son of God, but this is the only sense in that he is God. When the Bible uses the word God as a personal name it is speaking of the father, not Jesus. God is the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ just as the Bible says. Jesus himself said in John 17:3 that the father is the only true God.
The trinity came centuries after the Bible was written. Even though it maintains the divinity of Jesus it contradicts many clear passages and mystifies God into a three person entity that is inconceivable. The trinity makes God out to be a nature or an essence shared by three persons rather than a singular person that he is. God says “ I am” not “we are”.

  • @claudiozanella256
    @claudiozanella256 7 місяців тому

No trinity exists: Jesus crystal clear states He is WITH THE FATHER ONLY. God is NOT here "nobody has seen God at any time", God is here ONLY IN THE FORM OF A SPIRIT, He is the "Holy Spirit" aka "Spirit of God". God is actually AWAY, He is TRANSCENDENT. God is here with his words and actions, but at the same time He is absent, actually NOBODY is here. You do not have a "real time" relationship with God because God has ALREADY done ALL what He had to do. You talk to God who is in a different temporal dimension. The Holy Spirit is thus God in the form of a spirit (Jn. 4:23,24) not a third person, this means no trinity exits. Jesus states that the Father cannot be seen, that only the Son HAS SEEN (past tense) the Father, so that if you want to "somehow" see the Father the only option you have is to see the Son:"He who sees me SEES HIM who sent me." In fact "you see the Father when you see the Son" because the Son HAD BEEN the Father. The God's power is just an ATTRIBUTE of God, but - even without his power - God still is God. This is the difference between the almighty God and Jesus: the almighty God was able to do EVERYTHING even BEFORE the world was born, this is why "the world has not known you", at all. God thus got rid of his then useless power to become like a normal man: the Son of God. In this case "Son" hasn't his regular meaning, He isn't an ADDITIONAL person, it means Jesus DERIVES from God. Jesus is DIFFERENT from God since He is like a normal man now, not almighty anymore. Yet He is not DISTINCT from Him "I am in the Father and the Father in me" because Jesus HAD BEEN that almighty God. In other words Father and Son are not the same ONE God, but They are not "TWO distinct Gods" either. You can say that God is greater than one and less than two in number. In fact Jesus states that He sits next to the POWER, the latter being just a "thing".

First of all Trinity is NOT the teaching of JESUS and the apostles.
Trinity is invented by man because they know the Father of Jesus is True/existing and the Son is True/existing and the Spirit is True/existing because all of that is true/existing they/you created your own God that is now called Trinity God.
Creating with our own God is used less God hates that so much.
Why God hate those who don't believe what he said to his Son.
Jesus said his Father is the only true God, but what did you/they says? BIG NO the TRINITY IS THE ONLY TRUE GOD.
you/they don't really know how to follow and accept the truth?
All who trap in that Trinity God, they don't really know who really Jesus is. And they are the people don't want the truth about the Son of God.
The only true God is no beginning, Jesus is the beginning of all creation of God. And he is also the last because through him all created by God. Like Jesus said: I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

However, according to Liddell and Scott’s Greek-English Lexicon, “theotetos” means “divinity” or “divine nature.” The fact that Christ possesses “divine nature” or the quality of “divinity” does not mean that Christ is God himself. It means that all of the excelling qualities that God the Father possesses also dwell in Christ. If Jesus is God, why does Colossians 3:1 say that Christ is “seated at the right hand of God”?
