Seth in just this episode made me feel as if everything would be alright. He radiates confidence in our system. We know what they did and how what they did will be stopped. Millions of people watch him and write comments and I have strong doubt my comment will be noted, but here it is. And Thanks Seth.
We see ya!💙
I will note you. Also Seth does the my pillow guy better than anyone.
Seth in just this episode made me feel as if everything would be alright
You have Jackal Mom vibe: needing to comment but not wanting to nitpick so just encouraging and sweet. Godspeed!
NBC should let Seth do "A CLOSER LOOK" in its' NIGHTLY NEWS!
"Executing searchwarrants"
I like half of that statement..
One half we definitely should do more of.
Being summoned by Congress was a big deal 5 years ago! Now we flip a coin to decide whether or not we're going to show up!
Hilarious how they claim to support “law & order” until it’s applied to them…
Not showing got Bannon a guilty verdict and he will likely go to prison.
Or in the case of, say, Bannon, we bum a coin off a smoothbrained MAGAt and claim it's for the Wall or Stopping the Steal, or just admit it's for the Steve's Yacht Fund. They don't care! 🐑 💸
And by that you mean republicans flip a coin that has two identical sides.
It's DOJ not congress, they have more ways to force you to comply ;)
One of the conservatives in my social media circle's reaction to the Brett Favre scandal: "Ahh, so this is where my tax dollars are going." Yeah, buddy... of all the takeaways from this story, you're landing on "government spending is the problem here."
Why is Mike Lindell admitting to crimes on live television? AGAIN?
A better question is, why isn't he being duely prosecuted for those admitted crimes?
If he's dumb enough to fall under the spell of Drumpf, he's dumb enough to admit to his crime(s) on television.
He's just doing what other rethuglicans are doing.
Hahahaha, ikr! It never fails with him.
Just when you think they couldn't get any worse you hear worse why are these people not locked up for the rest of their living lives after what they have done my God
Took his phone and doesn’t have a computer, yet magically records a video and posts it online to complain about not having a phone or a computer…
@Harry Dixon WOW!!! Great observation I didn't even think of that. Conservatives are the biggest drama queens, EVER IN LIFE😏😒🙄
I'm going to guess that #2 that nods his head to everything Lindell says recorded it.
@America Project That or the backward lettering on the sign over his left (right) shoulder.
I'm actually sitting at my computer after spending all night performing in Amadeus...that joke hit perfectly. Maybe not for everybody but damn did that gave me a chuckle.
Can't get away from it!! Even in my off time!! Damn you Salieri!!!
"oh i'll wait till it gets what it desrves" that line cracked me up!!!!!! never change seth
You know your an elite when everyone is surprised that you're complying with a subpoena as if it were optional....
Don’t ever stop doing it Seth..I’m not sure I’d get through the day without you..doing it…you know…the thing…you do so well…at the place…and the time…so many fans in the U.K. Love ya
You... are... abusing... the ellipsis...
@@cleverusername9369 --Don't sweat the small stuff.
@@cleverusername9369 yes….I….know……but this…is…how …..I speak..in…..real life
Just...straight up stealing from the poor... it's like seeing people who saw a mustache twirling villain on TV when they were children say, "that's what I want to be when I grow up," and then achieving that dream.
Thank you for the substitute teacher Amadeus on laserdisc joke. I appreciated it.
Brett Favre...REALLY?? Smh. Also to those responsible for misusing funds meant to help low income families...Not the family of a millionaire to help out with a volleyball court. Yeaah, no s*** it looks bad Brett.
how effed up do u have to be to already be a millionaire and hear that the secret money ur being given is actually for poor needy families and you still take it with no hesitation
@2:45 I quite enjoy how he's talking about how "everything was on" his phone while he's shuffling a bunch of random papers around his desk...
I'm almost at the point where I dare hope that these conmen are gonna pay for what they did.
Almost...
>SHHHHH THEY CAN HEAR YOU
Don't jinx it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will allow myself a small spark of hope, especially after Steve Bannon went to prison!
It’s really an uphill battle. My shout out to all the brave staff of DOJ, FBI and CIA who are working tirelessly to keep the world safe.
Brett Favre needs to refund the buildings costs to the Welfare Department and then rename the building after himself!
I read he still owes 280k in unpaid taxes on the "deal". v
@@virginiatyree6705 Isn't this defrauding the government a crime? Even if he pays back every penny he still committed a crime. Name the building after a worthy person who cares about others - not some dirt bag criminal who steals from the poor to enhance his name.
Shouldn’t he go to jail for this?
@@s.z.6200 , The investigation is still ongoing. He's white & a millionaire so, probably nothing is going to happen. It's Mississippi & racism continues in the state. v
They asked him to repay the money plus tax. He apparently only repaid the money for speeches he never gave but not the tax. Any company that uses him as a spokesman needs to be Boycotted.
I knew I was missing something important this week while I was off getting that hernia surgery...unfortunately, I didn't follow doctors orders to avoid Seth Meyers for a minimum of two weeks, and when he said "...up in da air," I split my gut!
Seth, it is so good to have you back after your summer hiatus - I wish we could have a few drips of Corrections during the August doldrums to sustain us!!! Just anything!
The FBI has not been weaponized, but Lindell somehow managed to weaponize both pillows and cheesy moustaches…
Does Mike Lindell have a masculine side?
And crucifixes ( again )
"I don't have a computer." What are you making and releasing the video on?
Still not as disgusting as John Bolton's moustache.
@@robo5013 the QAnon gnomes that live under his desk have a good data plan…
Seth, you can’t ever go on vacation again. Never. Again. I can’t survive without A Closer Look, not even for a week.
Even crazier Tina Peters has been trying to run for secretary of state, after being arrested and assaulting officers🤦🏻
Nah..... The sad part is that SHE STILL MIGHT WIN!!! LOL
I don't think that's a position you run for. You're appointed by the president and then accepted by congress.
Thank you. Lindell impressions 2 days in a row. Couldn't be happier!!
The "Closer Look" callbacks at the end are always excellent but this one was just... *chef's kiss* sublime
I love how Lindell sounds like a child complaining that Mom and Dad took his game system as punishment and he knows he deserves it 🤣
How do people not comply with subpoena and not go to jail...if I did it, it would ruin my life
Money.
The entire Amadeus bit was gold 🥇
Republicans haven't been this upset since CVS moved the cold medicine behind the counter
Along with the horse paste.
Horsey sauce- lol yum🤮
Since Brown vs. The Board of Education!😢
Hilarious, showing ID😮 It wasn’t me 😂
Isnt there a line your supposed to be in somewhere for your next booster.
They'll complain about ppl receiving welfare. Then complain about paying taxes as the rich steal every penny of it they xan. Helping nobody that really needs help in their communities
If Lindell doesn’t have a computer, how did he upload the video? The world will never know 😳
His infamous "cyber guys" he always talks about.
Did you notice that Pillow's video is reversed? Sign behind him gives it away.
@@joeyager8479 Also, the purported letter from the FBI was backwards.
@@eponymousIme Yeah, I thought about that right after I hit "reply".
Who the hell complains about the FBI except for Criminals?
I guess that 2 weeks at the impersonation retreat really paid off. Seth doing Mike is HILARIOUS. Thanks for posting.
Impressions camp!!!
@@jbstein , Thank you for correcting me! 😊...v
@@virginiatyree6705 just doing my jackal's duty lol!! Although I thought "the impersonation retreat" was also pretty funny!!
@@jbstein , Ah yes, doing your jackal duty. I had a brain-freeze & forgot it was the impressions camp. Seth's the best. I love & look forward to Corrections & Wally's laugh. I went through serious withdrawals when he went on vacation. Be well, stay safe & see you again in the Correction's comment section. A fellow jackal forever. v
I love Seth's Mike Lindell impression! He kills it!
As a Wisconsinite who DESPISES FOOTBALL as more deadly than boxing, Favre is exactly what the right becomes, Scammer. Seth had awesome material tonight.
As a fellow Wisconsinite, I say we should band together with Mississippi to collectively flip him off
I also despise football I hate that people get so into it an think it has so much value. I think we'd be better off if those people put their time and energy into something more useful than watching a bunch of guys destroy their bodies while they chase a ball around.
Exactly. Whether a MAGA has talent or not, or has money or not, they prefer scamming.
They feel entitled to the scam money and corruption, but also if they can stick it to the poor minorities, they get that extra rush of cruelty.
Oh, did I mention "F" Mr favre!
Imma repeat some thing.
1) If he ACTUALLY has a gag order, what are the violations for breaking it?
2) How is he recording this if he doesn't have a computer?
3) What is wrong with him going to Hardees? Hardees is great.
Hopefully Mark Meadows testifying will go along way towards finally holding Trump Accountable. 👨🏿⚖️⚖👩🏻⚖️
Naive
Don't get your hopes up. He'll probably just plead the Fifth all day.
for what? you literally dont even have a valid accusation... your delusion is so deep its pathetic. maybe if you didnt listen to zero talent propagandists like seth meyers you could do a better job of sorting out reality.
I will die soon and Id like to wait till Trump and his cronies get prison time. Otherwise I wont be satisfied because I did jail time when I was innocent many times. It destroys your life even if your declared innocent especially if you are working poor.
And retire comfortably on Scaley Mt.😁😂
There's supposed to be TRUST when the Federal Government sends money to each individual State. Trust that EVERY Governor 🔥😁💙💙
will dispense it where it needs to go. If that Public Servant/Official screws up the trust that has been given to him/her, then obviously, that person in charge should be held accountable.
The DOJ must need an entire new wing of investigators for Trumps crimes alone
We had better get Trump and all his cronies to pay for all of this legal business. We are spending millions and millions of dollars just to find out what we already know. How many times do we have to get effed over by Trump and his gang?
Seth always manages to put a humorous twist on the grim spectacle which is occurring in broad daylight that others refuse to acknowledge. It seems we’re in a continual downward spiral where Favre and his ilk feel enabled to perform acts of self-enrichment at public expense without consequence. Some years ago, journalist Matt Taibbi wrote a excellent book, “Griftopia” which examined the phenomenon.
If you'd told me Mike was living in that Hardee's drive through, I wouldn't even blink.
🤣 I was thinking, "passed out in his car, blocking traffic." 😅
Did I hear right that he’s had to shut down all his “My Pillow” stores?
Under. Living under.
Your Midwest accent is fucking perfect. Love, a Wisconsinite
By now, it should be obvious to even the most casual observer that the judge who issued the warrant for Mike Lindell's phone has already been replaced by a Chinese thermostat working diligently to fight the lawsuit against all machines.
It's just common sense.
🤣🤣🤣
Love it!!

Thanks for the Jets explanation…. Love from the Netherlands.
if you have eaten at a Carl's Jr you have eaten at Hardee's. same company, same menu, one is Eastern US and the other one is western US
Was just going to say that. You beat me to it.
Seth does a GREAT Pillow Guy impression, have to watch it twice!!
While I understand the punishment of Farve with the Jets, I thank you for not mentioning his time with the Vikings.
Minnesota has a bad enough rep because of the MyPillow Guy and some Dickhead Cops starting a Race Riot, by way of Murder.
We had just got back from Ventura being our Governor when all Hell broke loose and pillows were everywhere.
We don't need any cross contamination. 💜
The Vikings have suffered enough
🤣😂🤣😂🤣 I hear ya!
Was Ventura really that bad? Just wondering.
@@pamelacass9642 Not really bad, per si, but didn't know what he was doing.
He was a reality TV personality, used to people fawning all over him, and didn't belong in a position clearly over his head.
Yes, Trump was/is the same but on a whole new dangerous level.
I’ll take a former actor/stunt wrestler over a #donthecon clone or something even worse. I’ve heard interviews with Ventura & must admit .. he was up for the job. Probably wasn’t right wing enough for the poor MN inhabitants that spend half of every winter in dark cold dank of northern latitudes with a cpl overpriced pillows frm some ‘d the c’ alt right clone.

Someone should start a petition to get the volleyball arena named "Welfare Arena". Make it happen!
I had an idea for one called the Tortillas de Arena
dont they have to comply with a subpoena from the DoJ?!
