145 Liter | 76 x 57 x 42 cm the bin cage is this big is it okay for 3 or 2 rats

Can they run across the floor?
Can they stand full upright in it?
Is there enough height that you can add things to climb?
How large are the rats?
It may be small if they are quite large rats.
If you can find one a bit taller and longer that might be better.
