This series still slaps. Looking forward to more! Due to a weird unforseen global event we've had a bit of an understandable pause. Thanks for keeping the series alive.
This is awesome. This is the direction fixed gear media should take! Soo sick state bikes! You guys support the fixed gear scene better than any other company! Thanks for shedding light on dedicated cyclists that also love track bikes
Ok, let's be real here, going up such climbs on a fixie, shit you gotta be in shape/trained, or it just doesn't happen folks... these guys have have incredible legs and stamina! INCREDIBLE to see the climbs on a fixed bike, I look in awwww. Crap, just that climb on a regular road bike would be real tough!!!! I ride, and believe you me such rides are real tough if your not fully in shape!!!! EXCELLENT video guys!! :-) :-) :-) :-)
right ?! I was telling a media professional today how I have an idea to shoot an interview series where the guest and I are riding bikes , and saying I'd never seen this kind of interview.. him showing me this interview series was the best bubble burst ever . ahhh , I'm into ittttt !
Video was mad good!!!👌🏽 We don't have a lot of fixed gear riding videos out now to get someone pumped to ride...but with this it's about to change all of that 😝 was kinda cool to see a pro Athlete say he was scared to go down hill on a fixed geared but he just did it... like that awesome mind over matter stuff!!! Guys plz keep it up !!! Love your products as well!!!
Is there anyways you guys can create like a sizing guide video for your jersey and bibs? Like I'm bigger guy then average so idk what to get that would feel comfortable ?
Great video. But couldn't help noticing the mile marker reference points were off by at least two miles. I've ridden Mt. Lemmon a number of times (15, at least) That last shot before the descent was not mile mark 27 or 29, but several miles lower. I can't imagine going down Mt. Lemmon without breaks of a fixie, as you can hit some of those corners at plus 40 mph. Thanks for the video; it makes me want to plan another trip down there soon.
I ride everyday of my life for uptown L.A. to DT.LA I've been riding forever my first track bike was a state bike and I've been on ever since thank you guys couldn't of ask for a better bike
Are bullhorn bars actually better for doing climbs because neither are using them, I mean perhaps its just a myth or has it been proven they make it easier?
This is a really cool series! Please give us a better idea of how much these pro riders are suffering at different elevations in the ascent. I want more unedited conversation so I can hear when these guys start really huffing in the ascent especially.

We did manage to still release 2 Episodes since last March and will try to get 3 in for 2021!
Appreciate the love!

That is a really good idea! We should get on it.

Thank you!
State Bicycle Co. I own a Black Label and ride every day!
I'd like to see more pros from AZ
i am super interested in B-Hard's set up! bar length in particular. This is one of the best bike videos i have ever seen. love it.
Looks like about 640mm? Not as long as those extra wide mtb bars but almost
my ultimate goal line is real talk! I subscribed. please don't take too long for next post!
thank you!
I ride that '15 Undefeated and LOVE it!!
Awesome!!
Wow 48 x 14 on the climb I am impress
That look from Bryan when Travis pulls away 7:34 hahaha. Nice work doodz!
Don't tell anyone but Bryan was actually the first one down ;)
I ride everyday of my life for uptown L.A. to DT.LA I've been riding forever my first track bike was a state bike and I've been on ever since thank you guys couldn't of ask for a better bike
I just found a new favorite channel. Thanks guys!

Great vid!!!!!
Great video guys :) much appreciated!
Absolutely hysterical!!!!
Yo, that was dope! I haven't been to Lemmon in a while but this got me pumped to ride it fixed, I will def be riding with a brake though lol
Def. always recommend having a brake! Glad you liked it! Please share : D
Hey! Great video and super footage
Was wondering how he mounted a bottle holder on the 2015 state?
We drilled this into the frame :D
You may want try "drizzle" on the inside of the chain. That way the lubricant pushes out as you ride. Nice video guys!
We'll pass that info along to B-Hard ! Thanks for the comment! Glad you dig it!
Great video! I can't wait to try some 3 mile climbs on my fixed.
It's alive!
this video, i like. continue this types of web series please.
Yeah Travis! Great video all around.
Thank you! Make sure you subscribe to our channel! We're going to be doing a lot more :D!
Anybody know the gearing? Not that I'd ever climb it, but it's nice to know and pick people's brains.
lol they was getting LIT on this show back in the day
Stoked my day by clicking on this !! Sub'd .
The go down part dude I love it
super cool idea
Digging the handle bars
S/O To Elbowz for getting wild.
hahaha
Can anybody guess the length of Bryan's handlebar? Looks sick on that bicycle!
Anders Jensen 640mm lowrise
the blue kit he has is pretty cool
I love this, i subscribed, i liked i shared. Create more please!
This is new to me lol. GCN should try fixed gear uphill
Get some skids on..awesome vid guys
Should do a bike inventory before heading out.. frame, gears, etc...
Please do more vids about fixed gear bikes.
Awesome!
Loved the interview!
I'd like to see an in-depth video on your Monolith Fat Bike...
great episode!
Wonderful QUIET !
Are bullhorn bars actually better for doing climbs because neither are using them, I mean perhaps its just a myth or has it been proven they make it easier?
this is golden
What bars are you riding? They look crazy comfy
I really like the red shirt that Bryan is wearing in the beginning. Is that something sold by State Bicycle Co.?
Awesome video! before buying the fixie where can I find Bryan's jersey?
That was our 420 Jersey from a few years back. April 20th we do a 1-day run
And then smoke... Lol
7:51 damn skill...
Ah the 420 kit from years passed. DECENT
May I know the gear setup/ratio for this climb?
Travis was 48x14, Bryan was 48x18
super mega extremely nerdy question: what gear ratio does one ride when trying to climb a mountain? tthhhankssss
Why did you opt for the wide bars instead of something more aero?
Leverage / Comfort. + B-hard just wants to look cool!
Wide bars are better. Especially uphill.
I love this video
fucking awesome interview. we need more like this. Just earned a new follower
appreciate the response & the follow
What kind of frame do you used?on silver bike?
Is 40/ 18 gearing ok for long rides?
Love these videos 👍🏻
whats the best affordable cleats for fixed gear no brakes?
Still waiting on that laguna blue touch up paint tho
This is dope
This is a really cool series! Please give us a better idea of how much these pro riders are suffering at different elevations in the ascent. I want more unedited conversation so I can hear when these guys start really huffing in the ascent especially.
4 years from the past. haha. Hey whats the gear combination of these bikes?
F**k Yeah!
WOOOWOWOWOWOWW !!!
Maintaining a conversation uphill on a fixie???? Damn!
They made it look so easy lol
"My ultimate goal..." - yes! :) Btw, why the fixie? I'm a roadie so i'm in too deep to leave the gears behind. :)
We're known for a fixed gear bike, we wanted to do something different from the "norm" it made for an interesting video right?!
yes very interesting and great conversation too!.
you can always get a light ratio and spin up the mountains on one gear ;)
YuriDontPlay - Haha! - just picture that gear ratio when coming down! :)
That's why we swapped at the top!
Good shit
awesome job
Insane. Next up : Topanga Canyon with Phinney.
Hope so!
Are those thinner rims than stock?
1:48 i think everyone who has ever worked on their bike has said that at some point or another!
When is the next video going to be?
I would die bombing a hill on a fixed gear. Absolutely incredible 👍
How bad was the knee pains that day? It hurt mine just looking at yall
The American Patriot ride fixed for two weeks before you make ignorant knee comments
What cranks are they running
That's a cool blue uniform, kit or whatever
All about higher social circles and energys , lets rocking roll on bikes but in Western Europe
what gearing so you have?
Loved it
