We usually skip this and only attend the Diamond party - but last cruise we decided to attend and actually won an award for naming the CD's! Great share!
@@pmbtravels So it depends on the ship. If there are only a few diamonds - they do a small party with unlimited drinks and lot of appetizers. The sr. officers are there, and they welcome you in and say a little speech and go around to the tables and talk to the guests. If there are a lot of diamonds, they do a separate lunch with a specific menu you can choose from. The sr. officers are there, and they introduce them all and the CD also does a little speech. Also unlimited drinks haha. We prefer the luncheon to the party. Hope you get to experience it one day!
