Welcome to MY TRAVEL VLOG Travels With PMB. Paul M. Bromfield and I travel. NOT A Travel Agency.
I wanted to start this channel because there are many times I am looking for a video of a review of a specific restaurant or a hotel on UA-cam and I could not find it.
This channel will therefore focus on restaurant reviews looking at the ambiance, decor, service and food.
I will also review hotels by looking at the rooms, (I will record the layout of the rooms), service and breakfast choices if applicable.
I cruise a lot for my vacations so I will take you aboard to look at the room, entertainment and food on the ship I am on. Also when I go to a resort.
I also love going to concerts and seeing Broadways shows. If possible, I will capture recordings of the concerts and for the Broadway shows.
There will be vlogging during and sometimes I will let you know of my experience afterwards.

Hey Bro, I'm considering taking the Ruby Princess from SF to Hawaii for a 16-day cruise in December. I'm hoping it'll be good weather. Do you recommend getting a room with ocean view or deck vs an interior room without either? Also, do you recommend a specific section of the ship and floor? I'm looking at going with an elderly parent, so want to cater the trip to scenic, calm and relaxing parts of the ship. Just chill and read with an ocean view in a less windy and more shaded area, hot tub, fine dining, nice strolls, quieter cabins located where you don't feel the motion of the ocean. Do you have any suggestions? I'm looking to book in advance. Wondering if I should be making dinner reservations as early as possible as well.
Hi. Thanks for watching. I stayed in a balcony cabin on Ruby Princess around the midship. Here is my review. ua-cam.com/video/rlFUtvQTMnw/v-deo.html It was a 10 day cruise and I am glad I was in a balcony. Check the weather in December to see how it is in terms of rain and temperature. It looks like December is the rainest month of their rainy season. But it would be good to see how long does it tain for. Breif showers or all day rain. If balcony is covered it should help with the rain part.

So the problem here is that we booked our cruise for June 2025 months ago. But they are saying you cruise has to be booked on or after 10/1/2024
@@fluffychenille Yes, I am going to call them today about how I can get those benefits. I have a cruise booked for April 2025. There may be an additional charge.
@@fluffychenille You will have to refare your cruise if the cruise is booked prior to October 1st to get everything. According to what they told me, anyone booked prior to 10/1 will get the unlimited beverage package, none of the other benefits
Call ncl before making any changes. I heard people who refused weren't eligible for it. Idk what is true but you should call ncl before trusting Facebook
@@mariebaird8152 I agree. i decided not to refare my cruise. I will get the premium drink package. I will miss out on the additional specialty restaurant that would add more gratuities and I always upgrade my wifi anyway to include streaming. It sort of evens out for me. I will just add some money on my sail and sign card if I want additional dining which seems, based on speaking with the representative, they may go more towards a set price for the restaurants instead of ala carte like they do for some of the restaurants without the specialty dining package.

My deck was D. There were no obstructions on mine. If you are on L. You will be very high up on the ship. You shouldn't have any issues. If a balcony has an obstructed view they would sell it with that in the description. Thank you for watching. I hope you have a great time.

My room is next to the solo lounge. I read the comment below about noise. OMG, I hope noise is not going to be an issue. I usually go to be relatively early.
I have stayed in the Solo Studio Room twice now, but I was never that close to the lounge. Hopefully it will be ok or see if there is another room still available that is not so close to the lounge.
