I'm actually buying one of these in that very area, what appealed to me is the floor plans just flow as you walk around. As the narrator says, these are simple yet reasonably good built homes and anything you want extra, you add them in yourself. Extra storage is a personal need, so I'll be putting these in when I move in. If anyone is buying one that's recently built, have a snagging survey done (or ask the previous owner if one was done).
I’m looking at one of these in the same area right now, what are your thoughts a year later, are you pleased with it?
I bought one of these just recently in the south east. Might be interesting for your viewers to know that they have modified the design of the Hanbury here to a 2 bed instead of 3. Basically they have moved the bathroom to bedroom 3 and distrubuted the space between bedroom 1 and 2. Both have built in wardrobes and can fit a double bed. Much better imo. The rooms in that spec are way too small unless they are for children.

For this price, this is an absolutely brilliant house compared to the pathetic ones in Hong Kong. Well done!
That's often a difficult decision that many of us have to make; "do I buy a semi-detached new build or do I emigrate to Hong Kong and take up inferior residence".
Thanks for the videos, but honestly these houses are shocking, they are sized for rabbits. 200.000+K for a rabbit hutch?
Really enjoy ur reviews very well done.If I could give one small piece of constructive criticism,before the camera man enters each room,stop and pan round the room for a few seconds then enter,that allows viewer to get an idea of dimensions & this allows us just a few seconds to digest each room before u go in close with the camera.

The fact that the front door and the downstairs WC open across each other path isn't very good.
"They haven't got any wardrobes or drawers in here" not surprised there's no room....bed 3 is under 6ft wide btw
