St David's Park Ewloe - The first

St. David's Park in Ewloe, North Wales, was the first instance of Redrow Homes creating a new village. This location served as the testing ground for many Redrow house designs in the late 80s and 90s. It is so iconic that it remains the headquarters of Redrow Homes to this day.
