- This is the movie "Brotherhood Of Justice" it was filmed in the late 80's and they filmed in Capitola, Aptos, Aptos Highschool,Santa Cruz Boardwalk, and Watsonville. In this part of the movie they go into "Little TJ" which is Watsonville. They pass through main street, the fox, canada shoes, the old century cinema and they pass by the city hall building. Comment Please.
I used to work at Santa Fe Springs Swap meet and met Danny De La Paz as a teen, 17 yrs later, he's still out showing real love to all his fans. I'm real honored to have met that brother as well as Richard Yniguez (Raymond from "Boulevard Nights"). They remain humble at all times and encourage others to stay positive. If any of you ever get the pleasure of his company, thank him for his contribution to film making, especially in those days and fashion, he deserves it! ✊🇲🇽
That has-been Daniel de La Paz wanted $20 + for a picture of him self, I said chalez then the vato got mad when I took a picture of a fine firme hyna buying cheap shit from him, I told him go pound on sand ese.. All this happened at some swap meet in Tucson, Az. After I seen that vato down the highway leaving in a 3 wheel lowrider bicycle 😂.
And that vato Ernie did really move to Westwood, California in real life. Met him while towing his homeboys white with red pin stripe’s 62 Chevrolet Impala out in Culver City back in 05 👍🏽🍻🍻🍻🍻

Remarkable - Reeves started off as a bad actor and grew into an awful actor. That's not easy to do
This movie was filmed using lowriders, mostly from Salinas California Car Clubs. It was also filmed in the Monterey County in the neighboring City of Watsonville California located just a few minutes away from Salinas. The lowrider car clubs would meet and take off from the Sky View Drive In Theater in East Salinas right before they made these scenes. Back then it was Salinas Cruising that was like what you see here in the movie, Watsonville was chosen due to being a smaller city to film in. Not much has changed besides the new stores, and car models, but one thing for sure, this was RAZA UNIDA times, right before the street wars broke out. Great Film.

It's Watsonville, at least that scene was. If you want to be specific, the scene where they all pull over is in Pajaro. 3 years after this movie was made most of downtown Watsonville was trashed by the 89 earthquake.
