Baklava Cheesecake Bites

BAKLAVA CHEESECAKE BITES. These bite-sized baklava cheesecakes are the perfect dessert to make while entertaining over the Spring and Summer. One of the great things about these is that each component can be made ahead of time. The baklava bases can be stored in airtight container in the pantry, and the cheesecake filling can be stored in a piping bag in the fridge. Then all you have to do is assemble them when you are ready to serve them.
