    Your videos are awesome! I’m in an Accelerated BSN program and I’ve used your videos to study for most of my exams. Thanks for helping me keep an A in my class!

    Off topic on this video but on topic from other videos, do you have a video instructing how to hook up multiple ZEN secure nodes on the same VPS? thanks in advance

      It's a bit complicated. I'll outline it here. Of you're still interested I can give you more detailed directions in DM.
      Any fixed port coin will let you run multiple instances per server if the VPS has multiple IP addresses. You just have to specify
      'bind=ipaddress:port'
      in the .conf file.
      Disclaimer: this is not supported and Zen won't help you troubleshoot. Which is partly why I don't have a video on it.
      It's fairly trivial to run multiple zend servers on one VPS (see above). The problem is that there's a bug in the node tracker that always binds to the last IP address in hostname -I
      The work around is to create a new user for each node and then use ip6tables to route each IP address to only one username. That way the tracker only has one IP address that it can bind to. So...
      1. You need a VPS with an IP6 subnet. This allows you to add and.configure basically an unlimited number of IP6 addresses. (You can run 16 nodes on a Contabo SSD L server with with 30 GB RAM.
      2. Configure your IP addresses and FQDNs.
      3. Create a new username for each node. I number them so I can do bash for loops to manage them (username2, username3, etc).
      4. Route each user to an IP address.
      5. Copy the blockchain and zcash-params to each user.
      6. Create SSL certs for each node.
      7. Configure zen.conf and node tracker for each one.
      8. Start the trackers (don't start all them at the same time or they might all try to receive challenges at the same time).
      send me a message on telegram @patrokov if you need more guidance.

      Thanks for the compliment. Here's the last head to toe I've done. I hadn't planned on doing another for a while.
