I played this album to death back in the day. One of my faves from the 80's, Vince Gill had only gone solo a couple of years beforehand and I was a fan of his, so I was tracking down stuff that he was doing harmonies on. This was one along with Rhythm & Romance by Rosanne Cash. Would love to get hold of this again on CD :)

i believe that this was written by nicolette's first husband, hank devito, an origional member of emmylou harris's hot band........... a great song, should have charted better for her.
