Great video! I just got done writing a college research paper about coffee production and it got me delving into details. It seems that many people think that Arabica and Robusta (canephora) are simply different varieties or blends, when they are in fact different species. Some time in the near future, I am going to buy some 100% Arabica beans and 100% Robusta beans to do a compare/contrast taste test.
I also agree. 100% Arabica is too sour and I hate the taste. Blending it with Robusta results in a wonderful taste. I guess I should have said it the other way around. I love Robusta, but it needs some Arabica added to it to improve the taste.
100% Arabica tastes too sour, I want my coffee to be coffee, not lemon juice. Actually 100% of either is not interesting. But when you blend them a wonder taste emerges (I'm talking about espresso [without any milk obviously])@@lIlIIlIllIIIllIIllIlIllIllI

You've done an amazing job of visualization of facts!!! 👍👍👍
Thank you so much 😊
Beautiful work ❤
Thank you so much 👍 😊
I prefer Robusta over Arabica. Its even cheapier and less acidic than Arabica. Contains more caffeine too.

Arabica just seems like a heavily selectively bred variety of robusta, especially with it having exactly twice as many chromosomes
Liberica and Excelsa ?

Common robusta W!!
Arabica over any other bean
Interesting. What's your method of preparation of coffee?
Arabica all the way. Robusta is yuk!!

Robusta is much better. Arabica is just acid taste.
I disagree but I'm glad you like robusta because I always wondered what people found good about it
