I am new to your channel. What I like about your recipes is the simplicity and the availability of the ingredients you use. I tried your meatloaf and it came out scrumptious! Though I don’t have edamer cheese where we are, I substituted with gruyère . My boys loved it so they cleared their plates within minutes! I served it with arugula salad with cheddar and pine nuts tossed in olive oil. Simple but to die for 😊. Thank you so much for taking the time to share and teach your recipes with us. Looking forward to making more of them.

Old Word method, blend with hands! Perfectly effective and efficacious as you wash with warm water and soap afterwards, especially for all those like my self who Wash dishes By hand. Never was this an issue in past years prior to designer diseases ie genetic engineering...
I totally disagree! Preoaring food is an intimate and organic experience. An offering of love, like an embrace. You dont hug with gloves. Embrace the food girl, uphold the 'bare' tradition of love and giving!

If you cook with your hands that is fine as long as your hands are clean. The recipes looked really good.
