I can give you their recipe straight up. LoL nothing fancy here. Beside the method of cooking is wrong. Pressing out the juicy meat on the hot plate is sooo NONO.

Can someone explain to me what the white paste is at 16:15? I've seen this topping used in a number of Korean street food sandwiches. Is it like a ricotta cheese of some kind? Mashed potatoes? Potato salad? I'm just mystified by it.
That's egg salad. Did you not watch the video? Lol they boiled an ass load of eggs and mashed them with an immersion blender. Sounds absolutely disgusting on a fried chicken sandwich.
