    In this session, we'll follow a simple 6-second pattern: inhale for 6 seconds, hold for 6 seconds, exhale for 6 seconds, and hold for another 6 seconds. Repeat this cycle for 10 minutes to train your brain's chemoreceptors and improve your CO2 tolerance.
