I know this particular combination, 646 FPG, very well. I should do as it was my Dad who bought it new sometime in 1958 from Millars Motors in Mitcham, Surrey (as was then!) in the UK. I have travelled in the back of the sidecar, in the front when my Mum wasn't with us, and on the pillion as I got older. When we had it, it had a half fairing covering the handlebars attached to which, was a windscreen. Dad used to buy spares from H.L. Daniell's shop in Sydenham, UK and John Surtees who had a Motorcycle shop in West Wickham, UK, where we used to live; both of whom were former racers of Nortons. It left our possession sometime in 1966 when Dad bought his 1st car; it was a HUGE surprise when I saw this short video for the first time yesterday, 9/8/2018.

We had a combination exactly the same as the one shown in 1959. Me and my sister in the back and my mum and sometimes the dog as well in the front. Sometimes I was allowed on the pillion, no crash helmet and no special clothes. They were the days!

Beautiful outfit my friend, just absolutely beautiful, a credit to you! Until you've pulled a big 40's-50's saloon side-car you've never lived!! I simply adore them!
