- This particular BMW has just gone through an extensive engine overhaul and reconditioning. No expense was spared in making this R90 run just as it would have come out of the factory. The previous owner spent over $6,000 on mechanical reconditioning of the whole drivetrain. An extensive service invoice is available that shows the total cost of rebuilding and reconditioning of the engine and components.

Hi, I now own this rig and have rebuilt the transmission , done all cosmetic work and general maintenance . It now shines beautifully with double white pinstripes. If I ever sell this bike, it will be a superb opportunity, I’ve ridden for almost 60 years including 2 previous rigs. The narrator was right about the fabulous engineering and set up. It is now at the next level, totally reliable and extremely presentable. I’m very pleased to be the current owner.
Nobody mentioned the Don Vesco Rabid Transit Fairing. A very cool piece of history and engineering. .
Dmitry, the sidecar is a Watsonian Monaco (I believe, but definitely a Watsonian. I own its big brother), mounts appear to be modified Watsonian, but they do have mounts specifically for that set up, so could be stock Watsonian. Very common set up. Bike has Lester Wheels, appears to have /5 side covers. Both good things. This is really a nice UNDER priced rig! A new Monaco goes for something like $7,000...
Unbelievable. the guy who built this rig called me a few days ago, asking about it, and up it pops in my recommendations...
sound is very very quiet even with recent videos lg.
hmm we will look into that. We just updated our camera it might be time to do the same with our audio equipment as well.
