Hey Charles the list of mods sounds good. Here’s a few more thoughts to consider from the perspective of a Midwest (GNCC, harescramble, enduro) racer. - Skid Plate - Consider buying one with a linkage guard or adding a linkage guard for more protection when hopping logs or rocks. - Breather Hose - I always tee off the breather hose and run the second hose underneath the seat. DID ERVT or RK MXU (very light) are my go-to’s. - Bib Mousse Inserts - Flat tires suck! I personally run heavy duty tubes and rarely have an issue, but dang it would be sweet to see the RMZ with some mousses. The install video might be interesting as well. 😂 - Air Filter Cover - Running a pre-filter can save a motor on a dusty or wet day. They are cheap and work very well with almost no impact on performance. - Radiators - It would be cool to see some added durability with a set of radiator guards and or some mud protection. I had a year I broke 3 radiators and a fan. 😂 - E-Start Button - Consider putting the e-start button on the left hand, clutch side of the handlebars. A lot of racers do this to help with dead engine starts. - 18” Rear Wheel - Rotor guards

Heyy, I’m one of the european guys you’ve talked about 🇪🇺🇩🇪 Seems like there are only a few non-American subscribers to this channel. I would love to see this beauty sitting next to my MX bike which is only capable of doing laps on the track, but I’m looking for a trail-ready version (here it is called “Enduro”) of a Suzuki dirtbike to discover the beautiful mountain side and forests here in Germany. And more important, be finally able to participate on some Enduro races through the country and the countries next to it (Poland, Czech etc.). Ken Roczen, who is living the dream as a Pro MX driver in the states, made me falling in love with KTM and Suzuki! Fun fact: as a kid he started on the same MX track where I am still driving today 😂Speaking of the improvements that need to be done. Bright headlights are so underrated. And another front to rear sprocket gear ratio because MX bikes are normally geared for long ratios within lower gears. I don’t know anybody who is using the first gear on the track, but when it comes to attack a steep hill climb, it’s a game changer. The finishing touch would be a completely new setup for the suspension since the factory setup is a little bit too stiff and unstable for off-road usage. Sharing nothing but love to you! ❤
I currently have a 2019 rmz250 that I built to race gncc and surprisingly enough you really don’t have to do that much to make the Suzuki a already awesome bike the mods I have is having my front and rear suspension revalved and resprung for my weight, ride engineering soft polymers for handlebars, rekluse radius x automatic clutch, devol engineering transformer pull rod for rear linkage, ims big gas tank, I personally liked the 19inch rear wheel vs the 18, fmf exhaust, cycra skid plate with linkage guard, and cycra hand guard shields, also tusk wheels and tusk t35 tires. Maybe you should put in a rear wheel with cush drive. Its a hub with rubbers in it to dampen the vibration of the chain. Loving your videos from Holland!
Cool project, and glad you dropped this on Christmas morn!!!! Great accessory list, but remember, sometimes less is better. The first 5 to 7 on the list are solid, but be careful about building a heavy monster, as you mentioned. O/S fuel cell, catch can, perhaps bigger rads/fan, off-road spec suspension, skid plate, steering stabilizer, better pegs higher pressure rad cap. Skip the bark busters (flag style guards, perhaps) and kickstand.
Micro polished transmission paired with a Rekluce torque drive clutch, led headlights, spark arrested exhaust, e start (if possible), lower compression head and piston ( if possible ) for a little added wood’s usability as it is still a 450 Mx bike, larger foot pegs, kickstand, cammed throttle, radiator fan, engine covers, radiator braces, skid plate with linkage guard, front and rear disk guards, fork shoes, 10 mm raised bars, hand guards, 18 inch rear wheel, heavier duty tubes, swing arm guard. Suspension recalled and re sprung. Every rider will vary, however this allows for a very adjustable and adaptable setup.
Just out of curiosity, how many parts does the previous gen RMZ/RMX450 engine share with the current gen? I think the RMX had a transmission designed for off road use, I wonder if you could drop those gears into this bike if the cases and such in the bottom end are basically the same? Looking forward to seeing what you come up with! Merry Christmas!
The power the weight ratio on this RMZ is insane! The DRZ 400 weighing so much is wild to me. I have a DRZ-250 and it has electric and kick start, a 6th gear, and it’s pretty fun off road. Trails are pretty tight around here but I bet a light 450 would be gnarly. Wish they still made the RMX!
Great idea for a bike build. suspension revalved for offroad, hand guards, different handlebars, disc guards front and rear, bigger offroad tank, radiator fan, offroad skid plate/linkage guard. 18" rear wheel, offroad gearing F/R, enduro tires, graphics/gripper seat cover, headlight/taillight, Rekluse auto clutch. full aftermarket exhaust system, make it to be used for enduro offroad riding/GNCC racing Kind of like an RM Army Offroad bike. Cannot wait to see the build
Merry CHRISTmas! Hand guards Folding levers still Auto clutch EFM/Rekluse Flywheel weight since we don’t have a long range gear ratio 18in rear wheel Good set of woods tires lots of options depends on terrain. Big tank Flexx bars Suspension revalve
Hi charles as i enduro rider on my RM 250 here is list for making you enduro/ trial riding better. We start with engine i would higly recommend hydro clutch kit like magura made.. heres why when you clutching a lot your clutch are gonna heat up and on cable clutch you start noticing clutch slipping... hydro clutch makes adjustment on ther own so you just ride... 270 mm front brake with disc guard. Handguard (could be open could be bark busters) i prefer open , barkbusters makes you handle bars stiff.. Rekluse torque drive clutch can really help a lot. Suspensin valve for trail/enduro riding makes big difference 18inch rear wheel...(in enduro i would run tubliss or moose with gummy tire) Some protection front suspenions lower lug guards, rear, front disk guard, maybe better chain guard, engine guard with linkage guard makes huge difference you can slide over obsticles and your linkage doesnt get stuck.... Lastly i would recomend maybe lightning stator with battery charing setup for radiator fan and maybe light (Possibly for e start but sadly rmz doesnt gave one // maybe if you ask ken rozcen xxd) and last and the best trick for saving you levers put some teflon tape over clutch and brake purge so if you fall it will twist and not brake... Suspension, pegs position and extremly grippe seat (like one gripper) really makes a huge diferencie... Maybe som engine mods like porting or etc but im not a 4 stroke guy i cant help with that :D
and radiator guards are good thing, bigger radiator too i have it on my rm 250 but it really helps if you use a good coolant and 2,0 bar radiator cap you can push the bike much more to the limits.... And since it is brand new bike i woul higly recomend beef up swing arm weld on when chainguards is mounted... If that bike is gonna be riding hard on some rock it can be snapped
Bulletproof designs radiator guards, TM designs chain guide and chain slider. The plastic is more durable than the metal chain guide and won't bend. Maybe some TuBliss or Mouse balls to eliminate flat tires miles down the trail. And front and rear Tugger straps to help pull the bike out of mud or when you drop the bike in a wierd position. And definitely a flywheel weight and proper gearing for woods riding . Also your magic zinc plating and badass vapor blasting
Flex bars, nitro moose , xring chain, dirt tricks sprockets, rad fan, bigger water pump, ims tank, straps on front and rear, and ultra plush Enduro suspension.
It needs to get a fmf and titanium header. An old school acerbis head light an ufi under fender rear light. Of course 12v ignition . Side stand and better front and rear suspension. Change the rear wheel to 18" please . The fat bar is fine. A gripper seat and a little larger gas tank. That's it. Rmz 450 is a nice ride for trail biking. Good Luke with the build from Germany...
What a great idea, Charles. My eyes are peeled! Can't wait to learn a thing or two about the mechanical mods and upgrades. The comment section is getting flooded with some interesting insights.
Rekluse auto clutch of course . 18 inch rear wheel with a big ol gummy bear tire on there . Hand guards . Kick stand . Skid plays on frame and linkage and swing arm. Magura clutch if stock is cable . Some sort of tuner for low end grunt ! E start . Cooling fan . Bigger pegs . Trails exhaust . Taller bars . Steering dampening of some sort. Bigger tank ! Light and possibly a trail tech ? And full send !
A Recluse is hugely important on a 450 offroad 4T. They are prone to flaming out and when it happens in technical terrain, it can cause a painful crash. The bike will just stop unexpectedly. With a Rekluse the bike just keeps rolling. Also great to not have to worry about covering the clutch in slower situations, too.
Love that u give the less popular bikes Love. I vote to keep it simple. Spark Arrestor and Flywheel weight with taller sprockets will give it smoother torque, less snatchy. Skidplate, big bars w/ wrap arounds. And the new Suzuki color scheme of yellow/grey like the 800DE, or old classic all yellow/blue
Merry Christmas bro! I wish a wonderful season and new year for you and the family ! I think a sweet list for this bike build would be a custom dual exhaust one of a kind! A head light high and low beams . A over sized fuel tank. Wicked decal works graphics throw back to 90s rm style. Heated hand grips. Electric start. Fast way foot pegs. Phoenix bars and crossbar pad. Better and softer seat and pad with gripper seat cover. Twin air power flow intake kit. Ride engineering lowering link. Gold X ring chain pro taper. Trick sprockets. Hydraulic clutch with recluse clutch pack and basket. And finally a set of maxis tires! Off road weapon for sure.
Oh and here’s a joke for ya . How are Santa and Bill Cosby A-like???? They both come when your asleep hahahahahahahhahaha jk jk bad but merry Christmas
Yessss!!! Rear sprocket , go up a few teeth so you can lug it. I just bought a crf450rx. I went up a tooth and its perfect for just about everything now.
Party time, buddy! Absolutely, that has to happen on this one. The stock gearing is really good on the track, but not for chugging. Love that it’s one of the most affordable ways to modify a bike in terms of paying for your buck. Have an amazing Christmas!
18 inch rear wheel bib inserts suspension revalve and lower 1 inch front and back pro circuit pipe and silencer enduro handguards, skid plate electric start, radiator fan rc tall bars
Number one mod I like for off-road bikes is a horn! When you race OFFROAD, you kinda have to signal people also I like narrow bars for going in between trees on tight single track
Sick! This is very cool, excited to see it. Your list is great. Maybe consider a Magura hydro clutch and a Mako360 bar mount setup. I think it would be really cool to see you go through the steps of a racetech Goldvalve revalve kit. Just some thoughts. Merry Christmas!
Bigger tank. 18" enduro rear. Full lighting for on off road. Good hand guards. Better seat. Radiator guards. Tubliss front and rear. Quieter exhaust! Tool bag loaded with all the good stuff. Matching gear.
In 1982 I bought a brand new Yamaha 1982 YZ 125 and a week after I bought it my friend " who had a full season raced 1981 Suzuki RM 125" took each others bikes out for a rip and after 5 mins of ridiing I said to my friend "wanna trade?" At first he thought I was kidding but then surprised I would trade a new bike for his raced a full season bike said yes and Suzuki has been in my blood ever since as I love the brand. I am pumped that you choose the Suzuki. Btw, love the channel and what you do. Merry Christmas!
Hmmm, this could get interesting! RMATVMC sells a battery powered lightbar by TASK, and a simple Trail Tech Voyager display (Voyager Pro if there's room in the budget) would be nice. With both being self powered there's no worries about stressing the RMZ's electrics. The rest of the list sounds good to me!
Number 1 mod- suspension. 18” rear wheel, scar pegs, bark busters, aluminum throttle tube, guts seat cover, 52 tooth rear sprocket, skid plate. Bone stock engine and exhaust bc they work just fine. Also most people wouldn’t touch these but different motor mounts.
For GNCC type off road you don’t need headlights or taillights, the kickstand is unnecessary and the stock shock is perfectly fine for off-road. Average riders can tell the difference between that shock and the common shock. Auto clutch is a must.
Merry Christmas. Im sure this bike will be awesome as always. Love the way your bikes turn out nice to see you doing a 4 stroke. I would love to see what you would do with a old yz250f steel frame like mine.
Always loved putting those on my two strokes. This particular 450 has an incredible torque with the stock exhaust, so toning that portion down with the addition of a flywheel weight for inertia could be really great. Contemplating an ignition as well to fight the flame out.
@mxrevival For me the FWW works the best on 4stroke because when you are at LOWEST rpm the weight makes the crank keeps rotating that EXTRA TURN you need for not flaming out. And I feel LESS engine braking...but it can be just in my head 😂 But sure you can tune it out on the ignition. Cheers from Sweden
I would put a bigger tank, gold wheels and RCH graphics (18" rear) E-start, Flexx bars, tubeless (Spelling?) Seat concepts soft seat, yosh exhaust, KYB rear shock, hour meter. Id leave the motor stock as that's where the RM-Z is awesome. Great bottom and super durable. Maybe add a rekluse auto clutch. Never tried one. That would make it better for off road. Nothing crazy.
18” rear, skid plate, hand guards, Rm250 rear shock or national shock.breakaway levers, pro circuit pipe.Ironman sprocket. FCR motor mounts ,Windham bars and suspension set for 220lbs. ( for me)
I do have a 2006 RM 250 Ricky Carmichael edition. It’s currently sitting in my living room decorated for Christmas with a tree on it.. on this build I’d like to see yellow rims like what I have on my RM 250. And I’d like to see a spare 19 inch wheel come with it. A panther electric start would be really cool. I like to get one for my RM 250.
I would be happy with a 4 cell battery, electric fan, Rekluse Torq Drive clutch kit, off road centric suspension(BFRC should shine off road) and maybe an 18" rear wheel, but that is last on the list.
I’m building my Rmz450 for Michigan single track Granted mine is a 05 that I bought as a non running project lol Suzuki was on point for styling even in 05 and I think it’s still sexy even compared to todays bikes For me some bark busters and radiator guards is about all I’ll be doing but I’m getting old enough now that I’m not going to be really pushing it speed wise Merry Christmas
Nice work on your 05! I loved those. I even liked the four speed transmission. Suzuki has always been ahead of their time in terms of styling, you are so right!
besides a a 2t 300cc motor? kidding, but kinda not. You're gonna have to tame it or it'll buck way hard, make it a lugger! ECU, flywheel weight, frame/linkage/swingarm guards (and any other guard you can think of), bark busters, pull straps, bigger tank, maybe bigger rads? 18in rear wheel, Mousses, E-start (but don't delete the kickstart!), and soft serve ice cream for suspension.
Honestly, this idea got my wheels turning! I would need the entire RMX engine and electronics. But I have a suspicion it would fit! They had a different cylinder head and a different enginehead stay to make room for the electric starter!
After attempting to race cross country as a 50+ amateur, I say suspension FIRST!!!!! Soften it up big time!! Fuel tank and a starter from HEP would be pretty amazing!!!
100%! Suspension is everything! Riding track bikes, off-road blows, especially with motocross suspension. If the forks even see a pebble, I’ll be on my ass 😂😂😂
A gift card to a suspension company so it can be sprung and valued for the winner and not some random spec you choose. 18 rear wheel and Dunlop AT82 tires all around. Acerbis oversized tank for the long rides and hare scrambles. Fasst Company Flexxbars with thier wrap around bark busters...if you know you know. Acerbis skid and frame protectors, fork shoes, swing arm guard. Dont forget an FMF 4.1 system to make it bark and be spark arrestor legal. Some ODI lock on grips, Seat Concepts race seat and Bamm you got yourself a light weight capable offroad racer. No auto clutch, no fan, no electricity start as all those are gonna add 20-30 lbs and electrical problems no one wants to deal with in the back country and won't make it one second faster of a bike.
Hydraulic clutch, do something with the clutch so it doesnt feel like on off switch in enduro, heavy flywheel so it doesnt stall all the time if its posible. Frst of all dial in the clutch thats the best thing you can do for enduro bike
As someone who bleeds yellow, keep it simple! Already such an epic platform. 18” rear, widen gearing, skid plate/radiator braces, Acerbis hand guards, spark arrestor (ti to lighten the thing up), brake light/simple headlight, and find a way to get ahold of Kenny’s not so secret e-start!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Hand guards, skid plates, disc guards, Oring chain with two extra teeth on rear long-life sprocket.. thick inner tubes in the tires. And my ass on the seat😂
If it were mine, I’d stick with protection parts only. Maybe catch can and fan. I off-road my rmz250 with next to no mods. If I had a 450 for off-road, I’d probably use it for double track and dirt roads.
Should have just bought an actual RMX450Z. I put a hydraulic clutch on mine and a few other basic mods and its an absolute woods weapon, e-start works great too.
A couple guys in here are mentioning a flywheel weights, which would keep the engine‘s inertia chugging along at lower speeds and harder to stall. Not sure how much an auto clutch would help, but I would imagine it should. Then there’s ignition tuning, which would probably be the ultimate. We’ll see what I can get my hands on! And thanks, I’m excited too!
I have a 2018 RMX 450. My most important suggestion is what NOT to add. The only thing I do not like about my RMX bike is the weight. It's about 275lbs. I have made it street legal, which is a major bonus. Slapped a Tusk wiring harness, etc on it and got it inspected. It's a pure dirt bike that I can take on the road. But again, the biggest thing about doing this is pork. If my 450 weighed as much as that RMZ (240 lbs), I'd be the happiest man on earth. The hardest thing will be to keep the weight gain to a minimum.
@@mxrevival How long did you keep the RMX you had? I bought mine left over in 2020. Great deal on it. Was a 2018. The 2017 looked sweet with that yellow and black seat. Merry Christmas!!
Seems like they went through some hard times starting around 2008 with their motorcycles. I think they had a bankruptcy on the automotive side, but finally did discontinue the merger between marine and motorcycles, splitting them back up. Pretty cool to see a new DRZ from the ground up this year too. That tells me they are still making new motorcycles!
******** out of the big 4 450 hon, kaw, yam, suz who requires the less amount of engine maintenence, ie piston, head, valves, crank rebuild ??? *******

Rekluse Clutch. I have it on my KX450 and it was a game changer for me in the woods.
Nice! I remember the first time I tried one of those in a YZ 250. It blew my mind. I really enjoyed being able to use it as a Moto clutch too.
18" wheel w/ mousse, steering damper, OS tank, rewound stator for fan and light options, flywheel weight helps in the tight stuff, and send it!

18" rear wheel, mousses, gear down, flywheel weight, pipe/silencer, full suspension revavle, skidplate, handguards, oversize tank
18” rear wheel, skid plate, bark busters and ECU. E-start is a bonus.
I’m liking it!
@@martinmachava6933 its a Pantera Motorsport e start kit made in Quebec Canada.
Really digging the water pump idea, I had not thought about that. Hope you had an amazing Christmas!
@ Thanks man. Hope you did too.
You just gained a sub from this video! Excited to see the build!
Yewww !! Can’t wait to see this gem in my garage 🤤🤘🏼 love the quality vids mate. Cheers from NZ !!!
I can’t wait to find out how to ship it there! 😆😆 thank you Cameron!
What a great idea, Charles. My eyes are peeled! Can't wait to learn a thing or two about the mechanical mods and upgrades. The comment section is getting flooded with some interesting insights.
Merry Christmas From Florida 🌞
Morning & Merry X-Mas, Jay!
For protection try carbon fiber parts and titanium bolts those two will save some weight and are really durable.
YYAAATT! Off road is where the fun is!
Merry Christmas Charles you are the man!!
Thanks a tonBrandon! Merry Christmas to you too
18 inch rear wheel bib inserts suspension revalve and lower 1 inch front and back pro circuit pipe and silencer enduro handguards, skid plate electric start, radiator fan rc tall bars
Number one mod I like for off-road bikes is a horn! When you race OFFROAD, you kinda have to signal people also I like narrow bars for going in between trees on tight single track
Once the e start is installed and working, no auto clutch won’t be quite a big deal. But as it is now, absolutely needs a rekluse
Sick! This is very cool, excited to see it. Your list is great. Maybe consider a Magura hydro clutch and a Mako360 bar mount setup. I think it would be really cool to see you go through the steps of a racetech Goldvalve revalve kit. Just some thoughts. Merry Christmas!
Bigger tank. 18" enduro rear. Full lighting for on off road. Good hand guards. Better seat. Radiator guards. Tubliss front and rear. Quieter exhaust! Tool bag loaded with all the good stuff. Matching gear.
I’m digging this list! Especially the tool bag!
Awesome story, I appreciate you sharing it with all of us! Have an amazing Christmas and I will keep spreading the Suzuki love 😍
Very excellent and thorough list!
For GNCC type off road you don’t need headlights or taillights, the kickstand is unnecessary and the stock shock is perfectly fine for off-road. Average riders can tell the difference between that shock and the common shock. Auto clutch is a must.
Aluminum tank, GET ecu, yosh exhaust, port the head, suspension upgrade, custom graphics, titanium engine mounts, Fasst Bars, pegs, guts seat.
Killer list!
Merry Christmas. Im sure this bike will be awesome as always. Love the way your bikes turn out nice to see you doing a 4 stroke. I would love to see what you would do with a old yz250f steel frame like mine.
FLYWHEEL WHEIGT.
Thats a must on MX off-road conversion to reduce FLAMEOUT
Always loved putting those on my two strokes. This particular 450 has an incredible torque with the stock exhaust, so toning that portion down with the addition of a flywheel weight for inertia could be really great. Contemplating an ignition as well to fight the flame out.
@mxrevival For me the FWW works the best on 4stroke because when you are at LOWEST rpm the weight makes the crank keeps rotating that EXTRA TURN you need for not flaming out.
And I feel LESS engine braking...but it can be just in my head 😂
But sure you can tune it out on the ignition.
Cheers from Sweden
@@mxrevival i have a 9oz on my 450 help alot at low speed.
Merry Christmas brother! Great idea for the build!
Thank you, dude! Was just wondering how you guys were doing
Hydraulic clutch, radiator guards, rotor guards, fly wheel weight?, oring chain, mousse bibs.
You honestly have a great starting list of upgrades. I’m sure everyone will be excited for the e start alone
Thanks dude! I don’t wanna pack on too many pounds but I do wanna make the bike much better for the intended purpose!
18” rear, skid plate, hand guards, Rm250 rear shock or national shock.breakaway levers, pro circuit pipe.Ironman sprocket. FCR motor mounts ,Windham bars and suspension set for 220lbs. ( for me)
I thoroughly enjoyed how personal this list was!
@ lol , may have some back ground with the yellow beast! Time for a new ride after 2 years of recovering from injury!
Dope skid plate, spark arrester and hand guards
A nice, simple and effective plan 👌
You would have been better off modding a drz 400e version which is much lighter and more power than the S model
I’m building my Rmz450 for Michigan single track
Granted mine is a 05 that I bought as a non running project lol
Suzuki was on point for styling even in 05 and I think it’s still sexy even compared to todays bikes
For me some bark busters and radiator guards is about all I’ll be doing but I’m getting old enough now that I’m not going to be really pushing it speed wise
Merry Christmas
Nice work on your 05! I loved those. I even liked the four speed transmission. Suzuki has always been ahead of their time in terms of styling, you are so right!
Fmf power core silencer exhaust expansion chamber Dunlop tires exel rims. Pick me lol. Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas. Lowering link/slightly lowered suspension.
Large tank. Radiator guards. Bark busters. ELECTRIC START. FMF exhaust. Ribbed seat. Pro Taper bars.....
Excited to see what you come up with!!
Epic list! Thanks so much for watching Ken!
besides a a 2t 300cc motor? kidding, but kinda not.
Rmx case set starter motor and Rmz internals make use of oem parts making full use of oem parts. Also using your list to make a great project bike.
Honestly, this idea got my wheels turning! I would need the entire RMX engine and electronics. But I have a suspicion it would fit!
They had a different cylinder head and a different enginehead stay to make room for the electric starter!
As far as mods, the only thing that you didn’t mention that I would want would be to change the sprockets to get more low end torque at lower rpm’s!
Tried adding a picture of my 250 that I am starting to build for cross country, but I'm not smart enough.
MY MODS HI COMP PISTON, HEAD PORT, BETTER REAR SHOCK AND BETTER FORKS. FULL TI PIPES.
Radiator guards, I'm definitely dropping it🤷🏼♂️. Skid plate, bark busters. I break levers because I will
definitely drop it. 😂
Going off road tomorrow in the woods and trails for the first time boxing day rip around (try and avoid trees)
Have an absolute blast and shred safe!
Go with some old school bark busters! Let’s make it look proper for off roading.
Seems like a cool build idea Charles...I am here for it.
Grateful to have you, on all these builds 🙏
this is a great idea. dont forget flywheel weight! Good luck
You got it, Homie!
Merry Xmas to you too Charles 🎉
kinda like Mike Webb's old RMZ? The RM 250 giveaway bike would still be my choice for an off road weapon.
Hydraulic clutch, do something with the clutch so it doesnt feel like on off switch in enduro, heavy flywheel so it doesnt stall all the time if its posible. Frst of all dial in the clutch thats the best thing you can do for enduro bike
That’s a great idea, the Hydro. Wanted to reach out to my friends at Rekluse as well…. 👀
I think you need some Easter eggs hidden around on the bike. Maybe some of those rocket ships Uncle Tony loves so much 😂
I’ve heard jeeps have them.
😂😂😂
The main thing it really needs, other than what you listed, is got dang easy button.
Couldn’t agree more!
Hydro clutch some sticky pegs taller bars and a grippy grip seat cover keep it simple bc we’re broke hahah😂
Recluse clutch, 18” rear wheel, kick stand, radiator fan, Evan’s coolant. 1.8 radiator cap. Hand guards,
Heavenly!
Your an awesome dude ! Love it !!
If it were mine, I’d stick with protection parts only. Maybe catch can and fan. I off-road my rmz250 with next to no mods. If I had a 450 for off-road, I’d probably use it for double track and dirt roads.
Don’t know what it is about Suzuki I love so much but the rmz250, rmz450, rm250, drz400e. All my favorite bikes. 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
Should have just bought an actual RMX450Z. I put a hydraulic clutch on mine and a few other basic mods and its an absolute woods weapon, e-start works great too.
That's the whole premise of the build, they don't make one anymore 😁 I did love my old 17 model though.
Wow what a Legend .. 👌allowing the giveaway to go right out there .. 🙏
Gotta do it! Thanks so much for watching
Pretty excited for this build. Is there anyway to help flameouts?
A couple guys in here are mentioning a flywheel weights, which would keep the engine‘s inertia chugging along at lower speeds and harder to stall.
Not sure how much an auto clutch would help, but I would imagine it should.
Then there’s ignition tuning, which would probably be the ultimate.
We’ll see what I can get my hands on!
And thanks, I’m excited too!
@ thanks for the reply Charles
If you figure out the electric start maybe we can get in touch with Hep Suzuki and help KR94 out this supercross season..lol..
They are testing it now! Hoping to get my hands on one of the earliest production units. Ken and Colt are more or less torture test R&D guys for it 😂
Merry christmas Charles from Australia.
Merry Christmas to you too, Mark!
Excellent insight and I felt similarly about my 17 RMX. I’ll try and keep this one lean and mean!
@@mxrevival How long did you keep the RMX you had? I bought mine left over in 2020. Great deal on it. Was a 2018. The 2017 looked sweet with that yellow and black seat. Merry Christmas!!
Id keep the 19in rear wheel it looks better and I've never honestly noticed the difference between 18/19 besides looks
It would make my life a little easier and certainly less expensive 😂
I am still surprised that Suzuki has so few product options available so this should be an interesting build to watch.
I’d do everything but the light an speedo I’d make it more of a gncc style bike
I think I like that lean and mean style you’ve got going 😎
Merry chrismas Charles
To you and your family as well, my friend!
******** out of the big 4 450 hon, kaw, yam, suz who requires the less amount of engine maintenence, ie piston, head, valves, crank rebuild ??? *******
Gotta have a good x-ring chain and steel sprocket! 😎
These are good ones! My friends at Dirt Tricks come to mind…
