I'd say at least 10% of people that vote Democratic in the main election are registered Republicans in Pennsylvania, and often they are the more extreme Democrats. So for example if you want Trump because you believe it would help the Democratic candidate to win, or even if you just hate Trump and are hoping that someone would replace him. I fully get your analogy on the choose your own adventure book, however lets boil this down to the bare basic's Secret service failed to secure a potential sniper position that was only 150 yards away. That is NOT Standard operating procedure. Any half assed hunter can take down a deer from that distance. So when we break that down a failure of security to respond to people saying there is someone on the roof, that is another fuck up and deviation from standard operating. as each of these things stack up and keep the fuck ups going and making them worse we end up with what happened. I am very disappointed in all the fuck ups that were on display and perhaps we are deviating from the way our founders handled things. instead of making it a shooting gallery and only the bad guys or inept security having guns the people could have stopped this themselves. @@riopato2009 ok but the hateful rhetoric is on BOTH sides. I have heard some of the most hateful things on both sides and truthfully trump is not innocent. He also pushes the divide and says some incendiary hateful things as well, he isn’t without guilt. Both sides scream about the other side being a threat… so those who plant those seeds are the politicians on both sides and the media driven by the drama which equals views and MONEY and social media driven by dramatic content for the clicks… no one is clicking on a happy video showing people all getting along.. the.most controversial things get all the views if they are horrible, hate filled and they don’t even have to be true.

Tom is just spreading more hate and division. It's so sad he couldn't use his talent to make this song about all of us uniting against violence. I think Tom is a very good rapper but I can't stand his constant anger and hate. His song Heroes is absolutely a great song. It is the only one that has not made me cringe. Rip to the hero who lost his life. Wishing a speedy recovery to the others injured. Lastly, even though I am not a fan of Trump, I am glad that he was not seriously injured.
