なんかバックの音が豪華だな…どこからが宮下でどこまでが原曲なの？
と思って確認したら、ほぼ全部宮下遊だった。
えっこの音も？あの音も？と驚いた。
特に3:38から始まる音が、3:28から始まる低めのコーラス直後の高音からなめらかに入ってきたなとは思ったけど、まさか宮下遊だとは思わなかった。

@@levelledhero different preferences I guess, some even prefer the original vocaloid version. His cover does stand out quite a lot with how much mixing he did that’s different from the original but I Iiked how well aitsuki carried the rhythm and how clear she made that one high pitch stand out in the chorus before immediately bringing it back to her singing voice
@casper077 I agree about preferences being different. Yuu's version has the level of SHEER EMOTION that makes me have goosebumps, and that almost never happens, and that's why I consider the majority of this song's covers without such magnified expressions to be average. There are also other covers I consider to be astonishing, like THORNS's, Mekari's and LuvP's

i've found my new favorite miyashita yuu cover ever. i've been listening to this over and over and over for the last two weeks and i still can't wrap my head around it. the speed with which he sings, his words almost blur together and the atmosphere it creates is physically undigestible to me in the most breathtaking, jawdropping way. the repeated phrases are like trying to process information and it's not working and his voice just wraps around your head and refuses to let go.
the texture when he starts the "kami" verse at 1:11 is so perfectly balanced, not too abrasive but providing that extra effect and i adore it. the pitch at 1:16 is just Mindblowing to me, what can i say? then during the instrumental section, his background vocalizing fits so well somehow? and he plunges you back in with that rapidfire singing, and it's remniscent of non-breath oblige but the flavor is so unique. and my second favorite part comes at 2:12- the Aa where he jumps from the upper register back down and the chime-like instrumentals that follow? it's pure satisfaction. the way he re-enters in that dizzying, echoey, fuzzy voice at 2:50 but takes that pronounced breath at 3:05 and starts again with confidence and such a strong, assertive tone?
contrast is my favorite thing about miyashita yuu. the thing i adore the most about him is the intentional things he does to contrast verses, whether it's screaming then whispering, mumbling then being articulate, I haven't listened to a single song of his which hasn't had some form of contrast, even if subtle: and that's what blows me away every time. the way his voice is so decisive and regal at 3:08? the way his voice deepens on the "wo" at 3:13, the way his "wo" has this hard grain to it? the more I listen the more things i notice and the harder i fall in love. again, that reccuring contrast: he suddenly switches from such a proud, deeper voice to that unbelievably high pitch at 3:16? it's like he's shouting, and I don't understand how it's possible to scream so high yet so strong? the slight rasp in his high voice at 3:17, it's very subtle but it adds so much holy crap? the roughness with which he ends the phrase at 3:35 is just so intentional and so intelligent. the background vocals this entire time btw??? stunning? and the last word said calmly feels like a sudden hit of realization and a "i guess this is the resolution" and now I can't get over this goddamn song.

the best thing about yuu's songs, cover or original, is that they have so many layers that I can't listen to any other version of the same song other than yuu's. They end up sounding empty in comparison

@@dollsmayz i think it's because for the next 5 seconds its the same pitch and it's pretty strange, if it's modified by a computer it's fucking impressive, but i think he got some help there.
@3lvis22 even if he did get some help it wont discredit his talent. He hit even higher notes with clearly no effects before. Love him for that
@@3lvis226 i'm pretty sure he's able to hit those notes, there was a livestream iirc about how he hit the high notes in unknown mother goose, and was originally planning to splice it (like do the low note, stop the recording, and then work his way to the higher note and record that), but decided it'd be inauthentic and did the whole thing in one go
I do agree there might be some effects but I'm not sure it was to go higher

遊さんの早口がすごく好きかつ、どんどん大きくなってくコーラスの感じとか、今まで繊細でバンと盛り上がりに気を取られていた、歌詞が同じ言葉の繰り返しの箇所もすごく力強く回収（？）されていて、ラストは静かに終わる感じが好きすぎる……遊さんの世界を感じる……ほんとうに好き……！
そもそも早口どこで息してるのか分からないし、一区切りずつ録音してるならmixの技術が人間業じゃないし、通して歌ってるのなら肺活量が人間業じゃないと思うんだけど、、本当にクオリティの高すぎて開いた口が塞がらない状態。
あと、サビの高音は本当迫力ある……女性でも普通出ない音域なのに男性が歌い上げてしまうのスゴすぎる。hihiG#。
