@@JonathanWagner yes, regions have so many uses, but the lazy developers will sleep on them just because it's a *little* complex. It's just one of those things, where a lot of people avoid, but is powerful when you put in 20 mins to learn it. I know RPG Maker is a lazy developers engine, so. You'd never find a RPG Maker dev in godot or unity building the menus, make the dialog text appear and move/scroll and all the movement vector math manually from scratch... lets face it. (Just people who like to write stories and draw) 🤷♂

Honestly, I would love for you to do a mapping tutorial. You have some of the best map layouts only using the engine's default tiles.

With regions u don't need to copy and paste events, u can just paint them over a wide area...
Pretty sure that's what he was saying. And regions is one feature I need to try to utilize more in my planning.
