Well that was fun!
Since it looks like you're trying out alternate builds of the game, I made a small mod that makes the AI declare war under certain conditions. Millenium Era Chaos AI - it's in the Steam workshop.
I made and tested it specifically for EaW (though never tried it in multiplayer). All will seem normal until world tension hits 100%, at which point... fun... will happen.
The one flaw in it atm is that harmonist nations can declare war on nations who haven't generated world tension - otherwise, it's pretty much finished. If you guys wanna try it out ;)
(it may mess with some focus trees, hippogriffia tends to descend into war before it can finish the usual focuses in my SP games)
