Chicken Shashlik In Curry - My BIR Recipe to blow you away - Indian Street Food Style!

Ingredients:
1 Onion
1 Pepper (green & red)
1 Tomato
1 Portion - Chicken tikka
(mix the vegetables with the masala paste)
(follow the recipe for chicken tikka)
Special Shashlik Curry recipe:
1.5 tbsp ghee
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried kasoori methi
2 tbsp mix powder
1 tso chilli powder
1 tbsp Tomato puree
(add chargrilled vegetables & Chicken tikka)
1 tbsp Masala paste
250ml base gravy
2-6 green chilli
Coriander to garnish

This was the recipe that did it. I have now completed my BIR store cupboard and bought kashmiri, tandoori and madras kebab paste. I was previously making my own concoction using tikka masala paste, madras paste and tandoori powder. Looking forward to taking delivery and cooking this up! Quite a lot of similarities to you Jalfrezi, and that's by far my favourite curry of yours. Thinking about it, you also put the paste in that too! Ckicken Shashlik Saturday & King Prawn Jalfrezi Sunday 😋

Man this looks awesome . To make this will take a whole day but im gonna do it still. Keep up the good work mate and please do some more recipes with base gravy, they are the best.
Get a friend or partner around for company and give a hand with the process. Otherwise, it can take a bit of time to prepare this in a one-man band. Also, make a double portion for the next day or after. If you're gonna go through all that effort then make it worth your while!
