My son had a stroke during birth and now has left hemiplegia and cerebral palsy. He is 12 this year and fighting strong everyday. Children are amazing healers and fighters.

Wow didn`t expect that ending, choked me up a bit Del lad, i had a stress related stroke when i was 34, i ran 2 kitchen showrooms for 7 years after coming off the tools, spent 7 days a week, 16 - 18 hour days and eventually lack of sleep, stress and not eating properly knocked me off my feet, lost all the feeling and use down my left side, all my hair fell out and it took a good 18 months to get back on my feet again and back on the tools fitting kitchens which is less stress full, i made a 90% recovery from that, still have patches where hair hasn`t grown back on my left side and some dead areas where i have no feeling or sensation on my left arm and leg, strokes can hit anyone, any age, anytime mate, horrible things they are, Lucas if you read this Son it takes time to get over one but you will get over it mate, in time, keep your chin up and stay strong okay, Ann Marie Hamlett if you read this i had acupuncture treatment that stimulated hair growth and helped me regain nerve sensation and muscle ability in my left arm and leg, it worked great on me so if Lucas has any of those symptoms i highly recommend looking into that possibility as traditional medicine / doctors / dermatologists said they could do nothing, lot to be said for these 2000 year old techniques, another thing that helped me was i lost hand - eye co ordination down my left side after my stroke, a physiotherapist suggested i try Juggling as it resets muscle memory, so i took up Juggling, don`t laugh i`m serious LOL, juggling helped reset my hand - eye co ordination, took a few months but i learned, plenty of video`s here on UA-cam showing how to juggle so if Lucas has any hand - eye co ordination issues again please look into this, not only will it help him but he may also get a laugh out of learning, kids are like sponges at that age and learn new things quite quickly, i genuinely hope he`s back firing on all cylinders real soon, God Bless and keep you all, Del, Penny take care you guys, great vid once again. Del, Good on you for telling us about this young man! The subject of the fuel valve has some eerie timing, As I'm in a similar project on a Harley. But this one is junked as it has no flow and the screens are wiped out. Nice video! Thanks for posting. BTW your camera operator is a pro. Nice close-up work there! Perhaps a fun concept: A short break in a Hayabusa project, for a some scooter lessons? (Just a thought)
Hi Scott.. Thank you for those kind words for Lucas, he is a strong little man in winning the battle... Good luck with your fuel valve, i hope you can get it fixed, they do suffer over the years.... And i may suspend the Hayabusa build along the way for various other short little build and fixes, and yes, a scooter would be cool for some upgrades.
@@Moonfleet41 Just ordered a new one from the dealer. As the aftermarket ones don't have the vacuum port on them. Just a simple r&r job for this one. Worst part is draining the darn tank again. Have a great day!

A mod to" the spare on the shelf part "Suzuki used and then ground of the actual tap off! function a tap is it used to turn on and off and u don't get those last few drops of fuel pouring out when removing tank..
Is to drill 2 small 2 mm holes in the ground of area of the turning part of the tap and use needle nose pliers or a victory safety plier to fit into holes and turn off the valve before removing fuel line and tank..
The return line is shaped like a upp side down u inside tank and will only leak minimal when tank is held or stored in the upp position (tilted backwards) when removing return hose and tank w a minor amount of fuel left in tank for work underneath tank... 👌

saved this video even though u did a bandit on ive had issues with my bandit had new floats pins as had fuel in air box and engine dont ask big job my mate sorted and my fuel tap plays up as its not a suzuki its a cheaper version all sorted now hopfully as for the little man get well soon lucas from cueball becky and jackson top work del nice touch at end

Don't know if anyone else has suggested this (could not find it) and you may have already solved it by now but with the brass into the ally - ideally with the rubber seals out (I know, I know!!) pop housing in the oven & brass union in the freezer then I expect they will got together easily and once same temp will be tight.
