It was my pleasure to watch that video. There were two highlights for me: 1. The new supertall building under construction (might be 350-400m, I guess): 2.The beautiful Litchi Park with its lush green and excelllent views of the skyline.

Yes, this is the old city of Shenzhen. The development speed is much slower than that of Futian Nanshan, but recently there have been projects invested here. Litchi Park is also an early park in Shenzhen. This is my first time here. 😂
