It is located at No. 3 Chenhui Street, Donghu New Technology Development Zone, Wuhan City. It opened on August 19, 2020. It was invested, constructed and operated by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Urban Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. Its main building was designed by the famous designer Li Zuyuan. The appearance looks like a germinating seed. More than 6,400 main building leaves of different shapes break the appearance of conventional buildings and are very unique😉
The venue has four floors above ground and two floors underground, with a total construction area of ​​18,500 square meters and an exhibition hall area of ​​about 19,000 square meters. The exhibition inside is super rich:
• The ancient architecture exhibition hall has models of ancient classic buildings such as the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda and the East Hall of Foguang Temple in Wutai Mountain. It also uses holographic images to restore 9 classic buildings in Wuhan, which is super magical!
• The Jingchu Architecture Exhibition Hall restores the proportions of Wuhan's representative buildings such as the Jianghan Customs Building, Gude Temple, Yellow Crane Tower and Wuhan University, full of Jingchu characteristics.
• The modern architecture exhibition hall has many modern architecture models such as aerial building machines, which are very interactive and have a strong sense of experience.
• The exhibition hall of future architecture is very futuristic, allowing you to imagine the future living environment from three aspects of sea, land and air. It is amazing.
• There is also a documentary exhibition hall for the construction of Huoshenshan and Leishenshan hospitals, which is on the first floor, allowing you to deeply feel the "Chinese speed" and "Chinese power" during the fight against the epidemic.
It is built according to the standards of a national first-class museum and a 5A-level scenic spot. It has a popular science education area, an international conference center, an architectural technology salon, etc., with super functions.
🎯 The opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday 09:00-17:00, and admission is stopped at 16:30. It is closed on Monday (except for statutory holidays and special circumstances). Tickets are free and can be booked on the official account. The transportation is also convenient. It is about 10 minutes' walk from Exit D of Baohe Station on Metro Line 11.
