    Thank you, Kara, I think speaking up and sharing our ideas is very important. It helps us breaking our inhibitions and gives us visibility and recognition. And eventually it helps in strengthen our conference of sharing our views

    Asking for input is a great idea as it makes others feel more committed to the success of the outcome because their contribution was part of the process.

    Yeah 👍
    However,
    How do you affect ownership over the idea?
    I have many times been way out front with innovation, shared the concept or plan, been dismissed and then my "supporters" who remained in employment inform me that the business engaged my idea etc everyone has the needed pay rise or betterment related to terms, benifits etc and I'm looking for a new job!
    How to secure the intellectual property rights of ideas etc when an employee???
    TY

    Don't be afraid to share your ideas is very important not to think about whether our ideas are not important or other may not listen or we waste others time by sharing our ideas
    share your ideas as you are important and bcz of this you are invited to that meeting and your ideas are valuable.

    The pausing period. Waiting for the team to respond. How long should you wait? If they don’t respond, that’s not reassuring.

    • @kararonin
      @kararonin  Рік тому

      I would wait about 7 seconds. It may seem painful to wait this long in silence, but sometimes people need time to get their thoughts together.
