crew 2 does not have ray tracing

I have a inno3d RTX3050 8GBOC and i5-11400f. Will I get 60 FPS?
Idk why but i get 10 fps at high and 30fps at ultra with same spec even with i5 gen11, any solution?
i dont really know but maybe u running it with integrated gpu...try check nvidia control panel.
