In the world championship co-feature, Mexico’s Emanuel “Vaquero” Navarrete defends his WBO junior lightweight strap against Brazilian two-time world title challenger Robson Conceição.

Love watching Navarrete. The dude is a unicorn. There aren't many boxers who have a wingspan nearly a half foot longer than their actual height. It makes them a NIGHTMARE to fight against, especially when they can connect at any range and angle like Vaquero can.
Still one of the ugliest boxers to watch. His awkward. And I don't usually praise fighters for their wingspan. That pretty much comes with genes. But beyond that he's a terrible fighter and he's gonna get knocked out when he gets up against someone who can really fight
Navarrete didn’t even look phased after Valdez’ signature left hook which significantly discouraged Oscar throughout the fight. Vaquero is a tough fight for anyone in the division, even Shakur….

I've been following navaratte for a long time. The first time I saw him probably 6 plus years ago I knew something was special. He's not unbeatable but he has his own style and he is very in sync. He is for sure a vintage type of boxer. He just has those combos and flow that give nostalgia.
Honestly I think Valdez never learned how to use his feet. He just dips at the waist anytime it gets hectic and he becomes a punching bag.

I’m watching some highlights of this fight after they announced Valdez is gonna fight Liam Wilson, which is a very good fight. I know that technically Wilson did better against Navarette, but Valdez is way more durable. It’ll be the difference maker.,I think Valdez will stop Wilson. Plus the fight is in Arizona
