Australia’s fighting emperor and former unified world champion, George Kambosos Jr., is on a mission for a new belt. Standing in his way is a Ukrainian fight legend, Vasiliy Lomachenko, a three-division world champion intent on writing another triumphant chapter in his Hall of Fame career.
Lomachenko and Kambosos will clash for the vacant IBF lightweight world title as part of a world title tripleheader on Sunday, May 12, at RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. Two additional world title fights will be announced in the coming weeks.
Promoted by DiBella Entertainment, Top Rank, Ferocious Promotions, TEG Sport and Duco Events, Lomachenko-Kambosos and the two additional world title fights will be broadcast in prime time in the United States on Saturday, May 11 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT, live on ESPN, ESPN Deportes and ESPN+.

Tank and Teo said Devin did not win more than 3 rounds, but when you actually count - Devin only won 1 round; the last round (12). Don't be quick to reply, watch it again and actually count. Loma was dictating the fight and pace, so ring generalship beside winning rounds was already his. Remember during the break after the 9th round, Devin told his Dad that Loma has caught him more than 3 times now on what he was trying to do. Loma won and it was not even close.

We may never see another boxer like him for awhile. He may be getting older but he's still showing that his skills are sharp. He had other fighters too scared to fight him so he had to go up in weight classes.

I’ve loved watching many fighters, all weights and nationalities, no bias whatsoever. Lomachenko is the most skilled boxer I have ever seen. I was gutted after the Haney result. Loma really ruined Haney’s career. Haney didn’t expect he would get schooled by a half sized old man way past his prime because that means this person is so much better than you. Haney lost all confidence of his IQ and skill. He never look the same since then.
That weight bully was huge compare to loma in that fight, and he still got his ass kicked. Im glad he is not getting a rematch. He did the same thing to Loma and he knows hell get his ass handed to him again.

it's always incredible how Loma regularly manages to go in there with guys whom he has reach, height, size and weight disadvantages- often by a significant margin- only to absolutely outclass them. In combat sports, it's often the case that a fighter will carefully plan their career so as to avoid those types of challenges and Visiliy has made an entire legacy of facing them head on. For my money, the most technically skilled boxer on the planet

It's sad they robbed him of glory multiple times. Salido and then Haney. If Loma started earlier against Teo he would have won that fight too but it is what it is. I think Two was too strong and fast and Loma saw the danger. But at the same time Loma is a boxing encyclopedia. If he thought he was winning those rounds where nothing really happened then he probably did. But the judges as usual don't know what they are watching.

The worst robbery I've ever seen was his fight against Salido. And yes, he did beat Haney without question. The only issue with Loma is his durability. The guy was already worn through by the time he hit the pros, and has spent the majority of his career fighting with bum shoulders. His ring IQ is off the charts and his boxing ability is second to none. His body just doesn't want to keep it together. Otherwise, he'd be unstoppable.
