This is absolutely amazing. I listen to this every night and it really helps me. I’m pretty sure I have undiagnosed Insomnia, and I don’t sleep at night at all. I am 11 and people all ways just say” your just too busy on your phone.” But Im never on my phone, but 30 minutes of this and I’m out in a deep sleep.
