Brain needs to forget the insanely painful abuse because that would have caused immediate suicide attempts. Decades later when the adult body is in a protected space, only then will the mind recall what makes the body and mind to finally fight and stop to constantly flight and freeze for 3 decades? So many vivid flashbacks have emerged after the third hospitalization.... courage to speak 💔 up has taken so many years. If anyone's interested to pray for healing, making a website available to talk about these things so that other survivors and their mentors/ professional coaches, etc. will have a safe forum to discuss their struggles with mental health. As the day comes to a end my great grandmother is no longer with me or my family on this earth. I find this video first on my feed on UA-cam as I try to get some sleep.
