It's true that due to our conditioning from childhood, we end up being too concerned about validation from others. Freedom comes when we no longer worry about others or seek their validation. Fulfilment comes from within. Thanks for this video!
I grew up with "what would EVERYBODY else think!" No wonder I struggled with trusting myself.
What could you change it to now?
Of course, I couldn't care less about what everybody thinks. But then it's also how hard I can kick egos butt because that one really loves my past that I'm less proud of. 😅
