Navi ,11k hospital tie up but i serched 5-6 hospital near me and also 4-5 hospital in delhi ,navi showing all hospital but out of 11 hospital, only 2 hospital have tie up , i was gone to all hospital 's tpa department for enquiry

Hlw mam plz help. I have taken hdfc ergo optima secure policy for my parents both mom and dad under one plane through policybazar and I have disclosed each and every disease in proposal form after that hdfc ergo issues my policy with some counter offer but in my issued policy they didn’t mention pre existing diseases of my dad which I have mentioned in proposal form so I contacted them regarding and now they hold our policy and have us counter offer again is that any chance I can sue them for such a big mistake .

Worst experience. Any time they can reject claim. I have purchased 7 policies for my family members but now we moved on Another Service Provider. Lots of paper work. I agree, navi has tie up with 11k hospitals but on most locations, not with good and multi speciality hospitals.
I would have definitely subscribed if you could have said some cons of this company. Every company has, but now it looks like a promotional video, even if it is not. People will only subscribe you when you give both sides opinion. Thank you
