I love those infrequent videos from Rick. It's like having a cool uncle living abroad showing us what he's been up to.
Two words: Color grading.
@@dismiggo like? what does that have to do with anything
@@janniboy2766 I thought I was replying to another comment, my bad 😅
We all need a cool Guncle with excellent nail game in our life 💅
A f@g is only needed at the bottom of large bodies of water.
As an avid gardener, I really appreciated this. Seeing their food oasis was inspiring. Mexico City has an incredible climate for growing food year round.
Matching the nails and tortilla press is possibly the most Rick thing I've ever seen and I love it

Best comment to grace the tubes. Much love and enjoying tradition. It took a long time to get it right.
Now that I think of it. It's curious what 'right' is. You know it when you taste it.
I've had the honor of calling Mexico my home for the last 6 years now. At first it was a stop before moving up north, but I ended up loving Mexico so much that it could not help but settle here and I now have my family here. The food and tastes, as well as the outlandish news that sometimes crop up are just the best.
Mi Mexico magico, gracias por ser mi casa y permitirme quedarme. MExico es como un el abrazo de una madre, donde caben todos.
Americans can learn from simple sentiment if they stopped consuming media. A tall assumption and hope. Lots of hopium that people dare learn the several histories of their areas and embrace them to keep them alive and present to enjoy like they did. It's not extreme by any means. Serene would be a better word for it.
If I could use one word to describe this series it's: beautiful. Not only is it beautifully shot, but the passion and pride of the people you meet and of course the food and its rich history never fail to make me smile. And Rick is a fantastic host as always! :)
I love how colourful and vibrant the food is on this series.
Wow, what a powerhouse of an episode!! Beautiful scenery, amazing people, and delicious food! Great stuff.
Wow, what amazing scenery and I absolutely love the farm to table breakfast. I love Babish and Rick on this Mexican journey and would love for this to be a series. Everything lookes so delicious. Both recipes looked amazing and the addition of the Serrano to add a little extra heat is great.
Que alegría y emoción que se hagan este tipo de vídeo donde se enseña lo que es Mexico lo bello y hermoso que tenemos ❤
I love seeing Rick Martinez all over youtube. He always amps up the content to a whole nother level.
The production values on this series are just insanely high, it's very impressive. Plus Rick's nail game is always on point.
Woooo more Rick let's go I love the videos with him

Man, that videography at the beginning is easily some of the best and most beautiful that's ever graced UA-cam.
I so love these videos with Rick, thanks so much for sticking with it!
It’s back! I love this series and I’ve missed it. I really appreciate Rick’s passion for food and it’s roots, and that he can share it with us
I love seeing more Rick. Please keep him around!
As a Mexican ive never had much less even heard of Huevos Encamisado.
And while I know its not really a "fancy" dish, much more a technical / presentational thing, I REALLY want to try it now.
I’m sitting looking at Ricks cookbook on my lap Mi Cocina !! And this BEAUTIFUL video pops up!! Absolutely stunning!! 😍😍😍
Pruébalo is easily the best thing that’s ever happened to this channel
love the on site videos, Mexico is so beautiful and the food is absolutely amazing ! also your nail polish is amazing (I want it)
The BCU has always been a great comfort before and during these difficult times but wow...this video more than others has put a great, big smile on my face.
Stupendous video, as always! Absolutely love this series!
Arca is one of those places that makes you understand how was a day in a life of an aztec, that is how our city used to look like and I think is amazing how aztecs built in water meanwhile spanish decided to dry our rivers, making the city flood in every rainy season.
children sacrifices were the best part of ancient aztec life tho
@JavierSalcedoC LOL and the spanish conquest too, I don't know if we had a period of time without violence 🤔
Love love love Rick!!! More please
Great content, superb edition and directing. Keep atbot babish and team
Pruebalo is one of the most stunning food series I've ever seen!

I'm such a fan of Rick! These videos are always so beautiful and the farms in Mexico City were absolutely amazing. It was so interesting to learn about
Love it, please make many videos like this one 🎉
Videos with Rick are always my favorite (along with the original binging series of course)
I really really enjoyed this video!! Thank you both!!!
The reason you need two seperate plastics for Tortilla is if you use a single long one and close that plastic as a book, the inner part of Tortilla gets less room to expand.
During summer, we used to make Papad (papadum) this way by tearing three sides half kg salt bags (or using similar sized bags), oiling the insides of the bag and pressing the dough between them to create papad and drying it out in the sun. Fun times.
The intersection of passionate commitments is truly inspired! I love this story!
This series alone has made me wanting to visit Mexico, all the food looks incredible everywhere he goes and the people are so hospitable. Eggs inside a tortilla, brilliant...
Such a gorgeous place
Rick’s new kitchen is beautiful!
Rick is a treasure. What I would give to go on a food tour with him! More of these please!!!!
Hella jealous, Mexico has a special place in my heart. Can't wait to try this recipe.
This is so incredible! The floating farms of Tenochtitlan were always super interesting to me so it's really cool to know they're still there!
Pruebalo is the most asthethically pleasing and educational content the BCU has put out
Dude, Rick is awesome, great episode! Love the random episodes 🤘🙏
Rick is a great icon for Mexican cuisine to the young generation. Love this guy
Grasias Andrew por el video y espero que eso también sea a mexico en general

BOY! You better drop the name and brand of that nailpolish!! 😍😍😍
Yesssss
Such a stunning series. TYSM
I'd love to hear Rick's advice on making substitutions! Especially as someone who lives pretty far north, some ideas on how to do substitutions in general (Maybe along the lines of what different ingredients bring to dishes and how to replace them) would be really interesting!
This video tickled my brain
Absolutely love these videos. Thanks ❤
YEAH NEW RICK VIDEO JUST DROPPED LET'S GOOOOO 🔥💯
Fascinating history, beautiful gardens, and amazing looking food. Thanks again, Rick!

Thank you for this episode! I❤RM
I loved this video format that had the "i know that you cant recreate this but here's our best try sorry" vibe. I'm very down with that. It's respectful and accessible to everyone. Very cool
Pruébalo is the only reason I’m subscribed
Yeeeeees Rick!!
Big fan of Rick!
What an awesome video: literal heaven on earth, what a dream to experience.
Also! The HoG shirt!! As a fellow rochesterian, we love to see it.

That pink tortilla press is to die for, I didn’t know I needed one in pink but I definitely need it now!
loveeee
My mom had one of those tortilla presses but a round silver one and ended up giving it to me. Homemade tortillas are something else
Such a lovely area, that I never knew existed! I loved the water, the greenery alongside & the fog. I'm envious of their soil & gardens - so spectacular 🥰 I hadn't known about eggs in tortillas either. Everything looked delicious 😋 Thanks for taking us along!

Eggs stuffed into a puffed tortilla just broke my brain. You can do that? Wuuuuuuuut!
So lovely
Of all the times for this to drop, right as I'm making my own breakfast is quite the coincidence, though I suspect this would be better for me than pancakes.
This gives me create tv vibes and im all here for it
The views are beautiful
New Sunday brunch recipe to try out! Also, Rick’s kitchen is freaking amazing! Not jealous at all…
