To add the horizontal "line breaks" lines, you need to do the following: Right click white chart space, then go to settings, then appearance, and look for "Session Breaks" to configure the line type and color. Enjoy, love you all. - George
just signed up to TradingView pro+ and your tutorials are fantastic. I have never really been a TA guy, but, the way you guys explain things, makes it very easy to understand. Well done
That's awesome, TA is a great tool for timing markets even as a fundamentals and long term investor. They are complimentary, and with both at your disposable you will see much better results. Have a great day. Thanks for watching. - George
just discovered tradingview last week already loving the interface and usability but your tutorial helps unlock (quickly) all the great tools. Thank you!
Thanks Amy - very happy to hear this has helped you. Let us know if you have any particular questions or suggestions for more great content in the future. Happy TV'ing and trading. :)
my favourite shortcut is ALT+R . it brings the chart in proportion. It change the time frames a lot and so the on different time frames the chart shrinks or expands . this shortcut is extremely helpful to bring back normal order to things.
Hey Lenny, thanks for the love and stopping by. We got a lot of great content on the way, would love it if you subbed and became part of the community. :) Have an awesome weekend. - George
How to compare 2 pairs with regular price scale? When I add a pair to compare, it autmatically changes to % scale and if I want to change the scale back to regular, because of a divergence of prices charts are far away from each other and totally flat...
thank you so much for this. i have learnt additional features from you. I would like to know where do u get the pencil tool where u can scribble and circle on the screen?
You are very welcome Mayda. Thank you for stopping by and watching. More awesome stuff coming your way, let me know if you have any questions. - George

Thank you very much for the great content you are sharing with the world. I have two questions. 1- How do you enable the bottom vertical Trading Volume bars? 2- How do you enable Takashi Club charts on Tradingview as some UA-camrs are doing? Thank You in advance.
Hey Khalil, thanks for taking the time to watch and comment! To enable the volume bars, you will have to add the study "Volume" to your charts. Not too sure what Takashi Club is so unable to comment on that. Best Regards - Mark
When i try and adjust the timeline at the bottom of the chart, the periodicity indicators (regardless of bar, candle, etc) get gray dots on them that won't go away. What are they and how can i get rid of them?
Hi James, have you tried long pressing the chart? So tap it with your finger and hold, the extra options may come up. I don't use an iPad or mobile device, so I can't confirm this but it's worth a shot.
Trend on 4H chart is the best trend guide for majority of forex traders( if one keeps trades for 2-5 days. By the time trader realizes that trend on daily chart is up, market has already gone up about 3-5 days & if you ask supercomputer for the mathematical odds, computer tells you that odds are negative right from the start. Another reason is that trend on 1H chart can flip on A dime & your money is gone.Trend based on the last 5-10,four hourly candles has enough players behind it so that it would not flip on A dime, so trader has decent chance to make something without buying overpriced merchandise. Seek your wisdom?
Hey Eddie, thanks for the comment! This video was meant to show you guys how to find and use the charting tools on Tradingview. For videos on how to actually analyze charts, make sure to check out the rest of our channel! Best Regards - Mark

If you are using an iPad or iPhone where you can’t right click, how do you delete or modify drawings added to charts?
+James Wade can you try long pressing to see the additional right click settings ? Just click and hold and the options should come up.

You never showed how to do daily vertical separators
Hey Reginald, good catch! The separators can be applied to intraday charts by going to setting --> appearance --> "Session Breaks" . Cheers - Mark
@@TradeProAcademy thnx
Should a beginner even bother learning Fibonacci tools?
One of the first to learn, along with head and shoulders pattern

You do a great job showing all the technical analysis but do not take the time to explain how to analyze the charts, lines, etc.
